IMPORTANT - Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Notice: Please note the following electricity consumption limits:
* 1-bedroom accommodation: 20 kWh daily limit.
* 2-bedroom accommodation: 30 kWh daily limit.
* 3-bedroom accommodation: 40 kWh daily limit.
* 4-bedroom accommodation: 50 kWh daily limit.
* 5-bedroom accommodation: 60 kWh daily limit.
If your consumption exceeds these limits, an additional charge of MXN $5 per extra kWh per day will apply. This policy helps ensure fair energy use and promotes responsible consumption, benefiting both the environment and your wallet.



-When a tenant checks into the condominium, they will be given a wristband in the color that identifies their building and will identify them as a tenant. They must also present a copy of their official ID. (The wristband does not apply to those renting for more than 15 days.)
-Children under 10 years old must be supervised by an adult at all times and must wear swimsuits.
-Tenants are not allowed to have guests.
-To use the pool, you must follow the following rules:
-Pool hours will be from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Swimming is not permitted after 10:00 PM.
-There will be no lifeguard on duty. All persons using the pool do so at their own risk. The owners and managers are not responsible for accidents or physical damage.
-Diving or running around the pool is not permitted. The use of pool toys, balls, and inflatables must be done with consideration for other people using the pool. Children who are not toilet-trained must wear special swim diapers.
-All trash must be placed in the wastebaskets located in the common areas.
-Reserving lounge chairs or chairs in the pool and beach area is prohibited. After 30 minutes, condominium security may remove towels or clothing from the furniture and take them to management for safekeeping.
-It is mandatory to shower after being at the beach and before entering the pool.
-Housekeepers, drivers, escorts, etc. of tenants are prohibited from using the pool or common areas of the condominium.
-Pets are not allowed.
-Clothing or towels should not be hung on railings, balconies, or walls.
-Only regular swimsuits are allowed. Shorts are not permitted as swimwear.
-Food and drinks, as well as sunscreen, are permitted as long as they are in containers that are not made of glass or any other breakable material. If food is consumed in the pool area, the trash cans must be disposed of, and the responsible tenant must clean the tables, chairs, and beds before leaving the area.
- Excessive noise is prohibited inside the apartments.
- Drug use is prohibited within the apartment and condominium, as is any lack of morality in the common areas. Anyone caught engaging in such behavior will be reported to the authorities.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment or on the balcony.
