Spend an afternoon sightseeing or collecting sand dollars, then take the elevator up to access this 16th-floor suite. You can spread out in the living room to watch a good ballgame or a movie or show in the flatscreen TV. The private balcony is a great place to catch up with old friends over some icy beverages. Afterward, head into the full kitchen to prepare a delightful meal to enjoy at the dining table with seating for six. You can use the free WiFi to download a good playlist to your device for a good workout in the fitness room followed by a cool-down dip in the refreshing shared pool. When evening falls, gather everyone for a hot soak in the community hot tub. At the end of the day, you'll have three well-appointed bedrooms to enjoy, the primary room with an en-suite bath and balcomy access.

Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
