We appreciated the location and their willingness to host our dog, but we had read this was a 5-star accommodation. That wasn't true. There were roaches, no icemaker, no glassware, no hair dryer, no bathroom trash cans, no hangers, and the bedding was rough and skimpy. For 2,000, I expected better.
