What a beautiful vacation home!

Place we just as described and right on the beach. Very accommodating hosts and we really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a family getaway!

Great for Families

Great unloading/loading parking when arriving and leaving. Parking was good and right in front of the building, no parking garage which we liked. Great location. Very clean. This place worked out great for my family. Very easy to get to restaurants and shopping from this location.

Nice get away

My family of four stayed at waterpointe and had a great time. It is an older building and the kitchen is dated but the place was clean, comfortable and had a great view of the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place

My only suggestion is to add handicap bars in the bathrooms. It’s not easy to get off of the toilet if you’re older. It’s a great property. I would recommend it to a friend. I would stay there again.

Family vacation

Randy was very easy to communicate with and we loved thw location. The view was awesome and the condo looked exactly as in the pictures. The unit was very quite. We enjoyed our stay. It was a surprise to see not only was there luggage racks to use but shopping cards as well. The building was very secure and we felt very safe. We would stay here again...

Wonderful Week

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. There were four of us and we had two younger kids. They had a few board games which as great. The unit was clean, spacious and the view was amazing. We will definitely book this room again in the future. Happy Crab was very responsive to any questions we had. We had a great time!

Location Location Location

This condo was a fantastic location with great space and plenty of beds. Our group truly needed 4 separate twin beds for sleeping and this condo offered that. The third room is small but was outfitted with platform beds with drawers underneath great space for our little ones (ages 2 and 5). We were right on the beach with a very short walk across the dunes to the water and a great shower station for sand removal. There are 2 great pools - one indoor 1 outdoor, plus a 1 foot kiddie pool and a hot tub. We were within a 5 minute drive to everything we wanted - groceries, shopping, playgrounds, donuts, coffee. This condo has parking next to the building and across the street but the street you cross is very low speed traffic and not too busy - was never a concern for us despite having little ones. The condo itself was a bit outdated but very clean. The washer and dryer were fantastic and all bathrooms functioned well. We were pleasantly surprised to find a jetted tub in the master suite. Could use a new stove/oven and overall kitchen renovation but everything we needed was there and was well stocked with all sorts of pots, pans, dishes and glasses. The balcony is fantastic but with my personal fear of heights I would have preferred stationary chairs vs rocking chairs on the 6th floor. Most guests in our party loved the balcony though and we had an AMAZING view. No beach gear provided here (chairs, umbrella, toys) so plan to buy or rent. Overall, would return in a heartbeat!!!

Awesome Place to Stay!!

This is our 3rd year staying at Waterpointe II. We love the area and the condos! Security codes to get into building is a plus. We stayed in 603 and had extra supplies to help with our stay. Very appreciative of all the extras. Highly recommend. Randy at Happy Crab Vacations is great to work with.
