Not a 10/10 stay. Do your research on the area.
I have stayed in many VRBOs for work and pleasure. This listing did not live up to the standards.
The house - Clean but had its issues. Lots of walls and structures in the house were VERY marked up. The house had the cheapest towels and very limited. I would suggest bringing extras.
Communication - When comminating via the VRBO app about asking for extra towels they never responded to my request.
The internet/wifi - this was VERY spotty here and went off multiple times. When I reached out again on the VRBO app it was over 24 hours until a response about the internet.
Neighborhood - You are literally 1 block away from a very rough area. This is in a pocket and on the edge of park circle. I admit it was on me to not do better research BUT it seemed very unsafe walking to your car at dark.
Parking - there was not any clean instructions on where to park your car. After asking I was told to park across the street in a shared parking area. Again, issue with this of feeling safe walking to your car at dark.
After countless stays with VRBO I would not recommend this unit.
