This is my second time back at this property. I came back because Miguel’s customer service is phenomenal! Everyone I encountered there has been great l, friendly and helpful. But I check in very late and he’s just been so helpful
Nice room, very spacious The shower was not well designed, and the whole bathroom floor was very wet after taking a shower due to the heavy splash.

Our suite room was large and had lots of space to spread out. Two TV's, comfortable pullout couch with an extra chair for TV watching, desk, king size bed was quite comfortable and had nice bedding/pillows. The shower was exceptional! Complimentary breakfast had good food but not as much variety as other hotels we've stayed in. A safe in the room would have been nice to have. Overall, very satisfied with this hotel.
Best decision was to pick this location!
I felt safe! It was very quite. No one yelling in the hall or running up and down. You have to use your room key to get ice which I thought was a good safety technique, meant no strangers were hanging around. I would stay there again!! Front staff is very friendly!
Diamond was an amazing front desk person who went out of her way to make sure our stay was great. The rooms were large and clean. We did have a problem with the shower curtain rod being loose. Once reported, maintenance was there the same day. Although repaired it was not fixed.

It had room amenities which were appropriate for my stay. Fridge, microwave, etc. it was a convenient location.
