This is a private timeshare. It offers a 1 bedroom villa (king) with a sleeper sofa in the living room, 1 full bathroom, a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. It is a beautiful resort that will keep the whole family busy! It has a huge lazy river for relaxing, serenity pool for adults only, a swim up bar and a designated children's pool. There are free activities and kids groups throughout the day. There is a full fitness center (includes a locker room with showers, steam room & sauna), tennis courts, basket court, sand volleyball, putting greens and shuffle board. There is a luxurious and relaxing full service spa in the neighboring Marriot that you will have access to. There are two restaurants within the resort and 8 restaurants within walking distance.
