Great experience at this treasure in Aruba! Love that the online pictures are exactly what we saw in person. Great communication with the host and easy check-in process. Will stay here again for sure!

Mixed review

The apartment was roomy, it was clean although the walls could use a fresh coat of paint and the curtains need to be cleaned or replaced. The biggest challenge for this property was the water pressure and the lack of…or the super hot water in the afternoon and I don’t want to leave out that the water in the shower dripped most of the day and was annoying when trying to sleep or that would not run any cooler than hot!!! There were no oven mitts or dish cloths, but the kitchen was nicely stocked other than that. The lack of snorkel gear was a disappointment too. But the location was great! The band music nightly was nice it would have been better if we had had a table that 4 of us could have sat at on the deck and played cards. There is a tall table and only 3 chairs for 4 person rental. The biggest downfall for the property is the fact that they only give you one Fob to get in the doors so if one goes you all go. I was able to text bs get a second key but they told me that there was only one more for them to get in in an emergency. I am sorry but two fobs should be provided for each rental. Unless I was guarantee two fobs I would pass on this gem if I am going with a second adult couple. Bottom line is that this property had some great points and a few problems such as the water and the fob situation however the cleaning team did a great job, the kitchen had what you needed except for a few things that I just bought at the grocery store, it was safe.

Condo on palm beach

Pros- The condo was in a very good location, within walking distance to everything on Palm Beach. It was clean and was furnished comfortably. Beds were super comfortable. Cons- The air conditioner that cooled down the main living area did not keep the place cool unfortunately. The bedrooms stayed cool if you kept the doors shut. The shower in the hallway bathroom was not working correctly, only cold water would come out with terrible pressure. Everybody had to use the one in the master. Also- the property management company was unreachable when we needed them the most. The buildings alarm was going off around 8pm and it was so loud we had to leave. When we came back around 1am the alarm was off thankfully. The property management contacted us 13 hours after we contacted them. The pool furniture on the rooftop was disgusting- didnt even want to sit on the cushions. The pool was tiny and looked like it hasnt been cleaned in awhile. All in all it was a good stay, just wanted to be honest with my review.

Awesome destination!

The Cove was amazing. It was decorated really well and the accommodations were perfect for us and our friends. We would definitely stay here again. It's close to the beach and amazing restaurants. Well done, Casiola!!

Limited amenities

Excellent location and security but only one key fob to be shared by 4 adults in this 2bed-2bath unit. Kitchen and furniture nice but washer/dryer pathetic. Water pressure disappears if more than one sink or shower running at same time. Swimming pool onsite but unable to use it. Several resorts directly on the beach nearby had full amenities, including gym, pool, linen service, etc… Okay if you’re only staying overnight alone but if any plans for couples or extended stay, then be prepared to do some shopping for amenities.

Beautiful place

The place was beautiful, the pictures of the property was acurate,would recommend this place to friends and family many restaurants and little shops to explore,the strip is real cool,my favorite is the balcony very impressive.
