Very centrally located apartment in the heart of Noja (300 meters from Trengandin beach) with all kinds of services nearby, yet very quiet and in a residential area. It is a duplex located on the second floor (with elevator). It has a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and small terrace on the ground floor, and two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the upper floor. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has two single beds. Bed linen and towels are provided. Kitchenware, washing machine, oven, microwave, electric hob, pots, pans, etc. are included in the price. The apartment also has a parking space, located just 50 meters away, in the Plaza de la Villa.
Noja is undoubtedly one of the most attractive tourist destinations in Cantabria, especially for its enormous and fantastic beaches. All kinds of services are available near the apartment.

Lo mejor sin duda la localización. A mejorar:- tener que recoger las llaves en Isla y no en el propio apartamento o al menos en Noja.- mal el mobiliario en general, muy antiguo: camas con colchones regulares y que crujían al mínimo movimiento; sofás muy desgastados; las sillas en mal estado, se veía que las habían pegado en varias ocasiones,etc.-

Alojamiento pequeño, con camas de 180 de largo todas ellas con piecero, lo que hacer dormir un problema, hacen mucho ruido. En general el alojamiento esta mal amueblado, no es cómodo, sofá de hace 30 años, para el precio que tiene nos parece que no corresponde con lo que debería ser. Necesita una reforma integral así como nuevos muebles. Lo único bueno es la situación a 10 minutos de la playa y en el centro de Noja.
