Dirty bedrooms, bad hygiene, bad smell in corridors and rooms, bad attention, bad air conditioning. Very bad experience in this hotel, excuse me, but it is with the objective of improving this facility because the service is paid very expensive.

Staff was not friendly, no one on the desk to receive calls for room service and air conditioning was not working

The floor in my room had food on it (sausage? pizza cheese? maybe crust?) when I got there. We checked in earlier in the day to drop off our bags and didn't notice it until we got back late at night, otherwise we would have asked for a new room. The food crumbs were in the middle of the room, so I don't know how they could have been missed. For over $100 a night, I would at least expect the room to be clean. Everything else about it was fine, but nothing special.

I arrived and found that the outside view of the hotel was totally different than what I expected. It looked like a 2 bedroom house, very small. I was able to check in early since my room was ready. The rep at the desk was pleasant. I walked into the room and it was small but not totally an issue. The room was stocked with all the necessities of a hotel. I walked into the bathroom and found that someone had used the bathroom and failed to flush. Last occupant? Housekeeper? I don't know. The beds were not to comfort but not major. I turned the air on and found it was not to my temperature liking but I did not plan to spend much time in the room so I didn't complain. I turned around and noticed the t.v. I had walked past twice. It was the size of a laptop screen. Again, I did not plan to spend a lot of time in the room so no big deal. I thought the online information said they provided a full breakfast bar but it was continental. Not good either way.

Receptionist went through the motions of trying to be polite but felt totally fake and rude. Staff was negative and apparent infighting over job duties. After finally being assigned a room, we get to the room to find it in the process of being cleaned and a rude worker telling us it would be awhile. Back to the front desk and more "slow computer" delays and finally another room assigned. Finally into room, smelly, stained furniture, just not good. Finally, woken up early in the morning to heavy construction activities on adjacent property right outside our window. We switched to a Buffalo area hotel for the next night. Overall quite shocked at the overall experience. One good note: the breakfast food was decent compared to most.

The staff was very good. they were helpful with our stay and understood when we didn't want them to clean our room til after we left for the rink.

We knew we would be late getting to the hotel due to an unexpected traffic jam. I called them and they said it was no problem. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and accommodating. I asked for a room fairly near and on the first floor as I have trouble doing much walking and trouble with stairs. They gave it to us with no problem.

Great location, just 5 minutes from historic Lockport. Includes free Wi Fi (which was slow at times) and decent, hot breakfast.

The hotel staff was great! This location was in the midst of renovations, which from experience, Comfort Inns always seem to be in a similar state of renovation (which apparently was the smoking section). The smell of paint was evident and while the room was smoke-free, the halls were not. This totally negates non-smoking and my recommendation for all Comfort Inns is that it gets with the programs and does not try to offer smoking and non-smoking rooms because there is no way to keep the common areas smoke free. On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable and the adjustable shower head was a definite plus.

The room was comfortable but shop-worn. Clean but reflected a small,hurried,staff. Desk clerks were helpful and competant. Comp.Breakfast was minimal but reflected low occupancy rate.(Not unusal considering the weather and the locale.) Fair price for value but not higher.

It was very nice and real close to everything we wanted to see.
