By combining the lower unit's 2 bedrooms, and upper unit's 4 bedrooms, this year-round vacation rental duplex provides a pleasant coastal atmosphere with practical comfort for large family getaways. Here's what you'll find:

DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING.
EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Two twin trifold floor mats, along with extra linens/pillows. (floor mats are better suited for children) Twin rollaway beds can be rented in lieu of floor mats. Make arrangements with our office in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival.
LINENS: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
ATTENTION: Because both units are not connected internally, parental supervision of children and any guests under 25 is mandatory at all times in both downstairs and upstairs units - especially overnight. Neither unit is permitted to operate as a "kids' room. It is a home and must have overnight parental supervision.
LAUNDRY: Coin-operated laundry facilities are located in a utility room along the side walkway near the rear carport area. Bring your own supplies and quarters.
PARKING: 3 covered carport spaces for mid-sized vehicle is provided with access from the rear alley. Garage height 82". General neighborhood street parking can also be utilized when spaces are available (metered, un-metered or pay-station). Parking along/behind the garage is not permitted.
RECREATIONAL GEAR: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds and much more! Contact us for more information.
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations of 30 nights or less) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

Great home for large group
Great house with plenty of room for large group Location is great, block from beach and short bike ride to pier. House was clean and had everything we needed. Would book again.
