The cozy apartment is nestled in a completely modern basement apartment with all the amenities. It is on the historic square in Newnan and walking distance to everything. The owners are right upstairs and I am just a phone call away. We won't be present unless needed.

Wow! Great place to stay in Newnan, Ga!
We have stayed in short term rentals for our vacations for over 10 years! This rental was one of the very BEST! Great location, beautiful space, everything you need to have an easy stay away from home. We really enjoyed staying there.
