DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Try a hotel half the price and I guarantee it will have better service. And apparently booking a room with a bathtub in every online picture and description does not mean you will get it. Was charged for minibar items we did not use and can’t get any reply to fix it. Left an item there and can’t get a reply to follow up. I guess this is luxury? Anyhow, interior is beautiful but can’t remember a colder reception at any place I have ever stayed (usually cheaper as well)!

Great hotel. Worth the higher pricing. Staff phenomenal and accomodating

Very nice hotel. Expensive but worth it. Highly recommend.

The main problem was that there were only blackout curtains in the room. You were either full on display to the people in the building across the street - or completely in the dark.

My wife and I love this hotel, we come into the city a few times a year for a night away from our four kids. It's dark and swanky, but quiet.

Everything is done to perfection. Very enjoyable. Only if I can give them 6 star, I would,

Greetings, thank you for taking the time to respond regarding your recent stay. We're so sorry to hear you had a less than enjoyable stay, that certainly isn't the level of service we strive for. Unfortunately, if you were staying over Valentine's Day weekend, we did sell out of our rooms with clawfoot tubs. Many of our rooms have clawfoot tubs, but not all. We'd be happy to discuss your minibar charges and missing items if you would like to reach out to us here (perhaps through a booking message?) or contact our team on-site? Unfortunately this review is Anonymous so we aren't able to track down your reservation details through this message. Again, so sorry for the lackluster experience you had but we'd be happy to discuss further and hopefully welcome you back for a stay that is much more on par with the level of service we're known for.
