The Hilton Club - New York4.0 out of 5.0

A wonderful oasis in New York City - immaculate, modern, and welcoming. We would have loved to join just to be able to come back every year but managing the points is getting to be too difficult for us. Don't hesitate to go if you can!
bad experience--the sales staff did not help us in rescheduling our required sales pitch meeting and said too bad, you will be charged 500 for not meeting the requirements. this is after we spent over 2500 to get this package and have stayed in Hiltons for over 30 nights in the last 18 months.
Excellant hotel though expensive food and very expensive beverages. $42.00 for two Margharitas? Common man! Very difficult for two seniors to have to switch rooms at end of stay. Hotel could have been more accommodating to a guest that has spent 5 prior days in the hotel.
We stayed 7 nights at The Hilton Club and had a fantastic time. Each day, we would return--exhausted and happy to our little home on the 37th floor to smiling staff who welcomed us. Our room was always clean and comfortable--no hidden extras. The bottled water is complimentary! Loved our stay and can't wait to visit again. Thank you!!
needs better elevator access to club rooms. otherwise , the accomodations are great . halal food stand outside the door is outstanding. club staff is excellent we have stayed here for several years in standard rooms , our first use of the club
Our 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen , LR, and two full baths had a spectacular view of the city. Plenty of room for us to relax and very comfortable beds. Concierge service for our floor for members was outstanding and they handled dinner reservations and a driver for us as well as suggestions and times for museums and gallery's. Happy hour was very nice and offered beer and wine, snacks etc. Breakfast in the a m was good and efficiently managed. A wonderful stay in NYC, and we can't wait to return to The Hilton Club next spring.
Our last three visits to NYC were spent at the Hilton Grand Vacation Club on Avenue of the Americas. It is central to Times Square, Theater district, subways, and buses. The accommodations are beautiful, the service friendly and helpful, the hotel amenities excellent. Can't say enough good things about staying here.
First class facility and staff. The rooms were spacious, well maintained and clean. The location is ideal for visiting museums, the theater and Central Park, all within walking distance or short cab ride of this fine hotel.
Bad customer service, dirty room. Not terrible but at the level of a good 2 star motel. We were not given keys and told to wait until the next morning but that shouldn't happen to 99% of people. Bathroom just had a lot of dirty plumbing and walls. Towels and amenities were fine.
I have been staying at the Hilton Club for many years and have never been disappointed with my stay. Service from front desk to housekeeping is always what I expect from an establishment of this stature.
