Hyatt Union Square New York

Friendly and helpful staff. Hyatt gets the little things right here with, for example, free and sufficient wifi, phone chargers built into the clock, a corkscrew. Great location, good sized room. All-in-all, a wonderful stay.

Staff is the best....every whim anticipated, but with 179 rooms down to one elevator for a week it was tough....but the staff was amazing!

The front desk and staff was excellent and helpful at every turn. Very friendly!

Front desk was friendly and efficient. Fast check in/out. Room was clean Hotel had all amenities I needed Front desk recommended red door spa and it was great Room service coffee is a bit expensive at $15 for a cup of coffee.

This was my first stay at this hotel and it will definitely be my go-to spot. The location is perfect for Union Square, just a short block away, with many excellent restaurants and the subway within easy reach.. The room was very comfortable and the staff helpful and attentive. The breakfast room is sub-par, but there are many good breakfast places within a few minutes walk so that was not a major issue for me.

I was going to a concert at Webster Hall and wanted a hotel close to the venue. I'd read that NYC hotels were cramped and uncomfortable, and while this was smaller than may be typical (by a few feet?), I didn't notice it! The room was so comfortable, very quiet, and the staff were wonderful! I had a knee injury and everyone was concerned and accommodating. There's lots around to do if you choose, I was happy to have places within hobbling distance for food. (Great taco place across the street!) I'd definitely stay here again - love this Hyatt!

I love this hotel for its fantastic location! The rooms are wonderfully designed, quiet and beds are super comfortable.

Great experience and I'd stay again! Very clean and loved the wine happy hour.

Wonderful position. Room cleanliness to be improved. Willing Staff

The Hyatt Union Square New York is my favorite spot to stay. Great service, very clean, friendly staff and the location is the best. It is in the heart of everything.

Great hotel in a central location. Rooms were tight, but cool space and very efficient use of square footage. Staff was very accommodating. I borrowed (as in free!) a bike from the hotel (they had several), and they gave me a bike map, a lock and helped me map out where I wanted to go. I biked around West Village on a early Sunday and then parked and walked the Highine. Such a great time in a great city.

Loved the staff, big rooms, very clean, perfect location, close to everything

It was a joy to come to such a lovely room at it was my last day of celebration for my birthday. I was even gifted some fruit and brownies and wine. Very nice My boyfriend loved the room as well. Ephraim was very nice to me at the front desk as well. He's the on who sent the bday goodies.

Stayed at many hotels NYC....most, like this one has small rooms but this one is new, good amenities, clean and the staff was great. No complaints! Good location if you want to be near NYU, the Village or Soho.

Perfect location, the price was a great value and the staff was very accomadating

Wonderful modern rooms with stylish features. Everything is very comfortable and well designed. Staff was extremely friendly. Only thing I felt was missing was complimentary wifi.

A stylish hotel with a good restaurant and bar in a fantastic location in NYC. A block from Union Square and a short walk to the Village.

From the doorman to the front desk staff, everyone was courteous and eager to make our stay enjoyable. The room was nicely appointed. The bar area was comfortable and the waitstaff attentive. Will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel!

Located just south of Union Square, this hotel has an ideal location. There are good shops and restaurants all around and a WholeFoods store as well. There are several subways connecting from Union Square to take you either up and down Manhattan as well as to Brooklyn. The hotel is relatively small and has a friendly and intimate atmosphere. The first two stores of the hotel is a very old building probably over 100 years old, and on top of that is built a new building with most of the rooms. The lobby is very modern and "hip" . I would definitely stay again.
