Honestly one of my best hotel stays in a long time. Clean room, super friendly staff and a decent breakfast. It was also super convenient location-wise as we were in town to watch a broadway show and it made it so easy to get around and eat at several amazing nearby restaurants. We will definitely be back!

When I checked in I was not informed that there was a $20 daily food/beverage credit that was part of the resort fee so I did not know about it until i was ready to check out and looked at my bill. I was then informed that I could not use it on the day of check out because that wasn't a full day. After a little discussion they did give me the $20 dollar for the one day. The room was nice and spacious but the shower did not have any pressure. You could not use the mirrors in the room because of the design aesthetic. There were no towel bars in the bathroom to hang up your towel. The espresso machine was nice but it was a part of the daily $40 dollar resort fee so make sure you use it. Location was nice. Right off of Broadway and close to stores and restaurants. Improvements could be made by full disclosure of fees at check in.

The room was excellent, but the service at the restaurant and roof top bar was subpar. We left the rooftop bar after one drink as our waiter never returned to ask if we wanted another and it took forever to close our tab. It was disappointing. It took a long time to get served for breakfast, so we wound up going elsewhere the last day. The coffee pods in the room are much better quality coffee than what is served in the restaurant. The restaurant 's coffe is barely tolerable and tastes watered down.
