Room was incredibly clean and quiet for being as close to Times Square as it is. Only small issue I had was length of time getting car when needed. They ask you to call 45 minutes in advance, which I did, and it took an hour and a half to arrive.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Everyone was so kind. The food was also delicious! We ate at Sessions several times and ordered room service once. Every thing we ordered was top notch! I traveled with my five year old. While there didn’t seem to be any other young children there this week, we didn’t feel out of place even once! The location was perfect for all the things we wanted to see in Times Square and convenient to all of the subway connections. When we head back to NYC, this is where we’ll stay!

Would recommend! I chose this hotel for its location in the heart of Times Square, and it was definitely in a great spot. The staff were very friendly and everything was clean. The room was pretty tight, but my adult daughter and I made it work. The only annoying things were the elevator system and the the bathroom faucet's cold water barely coming out. Cold AC, fridge worked, and we could cast to the TV from our phones.
