Can't beat the location-between Radio City Music Hall and St. Patrick's Cathedral. Hotel staff very pleasant and rooms are fine, but small. Not a place to hang out but perfect to crash after a day of NYC sights. Excellent parking deal w/ lot 1 1/2 blocks down the street.

I was not able to be on NY on the dates reserved, i tried to change my reservation but they did nothing and they did not even offer a partial refund!!

close to Rockefeller Center, St. Patrick's. Basic clean room-perfect for spending the day, but not too on a room

Hotel has the basics you need for an overnight stay in NYC

Was surprised at this NYC Clib Quarters to find a nice reataurant and bar on the 7th floor. Happy hour for drinks and the buffet breakfast were very nice - with a view.

Close to Theaters and Fith Ave. Small room but comfortable

Great location to Rockefeller Center,Radio City ,and shopping on 5th Ave. Staff at front desk very helpful. Food at the Terrace restaurant was very reasonable and good. Would stay again but get an upgrade to the room we were in. Very small but adequate since we were rarely there.

Convenient location. Stayed at the hotel during thanksgiving week. Perfect location for watching the Macy's thanksgiving day parade. It was literally a 1 minute walk to 6th Ave. Close to subways and Times Square. There were also a variety of food choices nearby (literally next door) and the Plaza at Rockerfeller Center was within walking distance!

My 23 year old and I had a great stay. We lost his dad when he was 16, his dad 46. We try to go on experience vacations just the two of us. This place was near everything and the staff was awesome. I would recommend this place to everyone!! Thanks for the memories!!!

Room small but clean and updated, comfortable...hotel offered free wi fi and nice lounge restaurant... reasonably priced... would definitely re book in the future

I enjoyed my stay at Club Quarters, it's right in the heart of Manhattan, close to everything, really the best location that I have ever stayed in...great service, clean, loved the 7th floor dinning area and bar, friendly atmosphere, highly recommend this hotel...

I had a 2-night stay recently: I chose this location because I thought we'd take the metro more - it's nicely situated between a few stations. Regardless, it was close to several things we wanted to do - a good Midtown location. It also had a nice outdoor deck area I was looking forward to enjoying but unfortunately we got there after they close at 10pm. But if you're looking for a place to rest away from the hordes with the bonus of a scenic view (Cathedral), this is a nice spot. The chilled, filtered water available (with plastic water bottles) near every elevator is a greatly appreciated feature that we used often. As for lesser qualities - they could definitely learn what 'air conditioning' means. There was no apparent way to control this (there was a panel near the bed but it seemed to be for the heat and after a long day, getting in late, the last thing I wanted to do was contact the hotel - I just wanted to sleep. So the time in the room itself was uncomfortably warm. This was also problematic when someone was showering (or the duration after the shower) since the bathroom doesn't have a fan system to alleviate the humidity. They also have an opaque blue-green glass panel on the door front (like IKEA furniture circa the mid-2000s) so if you're sharing a room with someone and one of you is getting up early to shower while the other sleeps, the 'sleeper' will probably be woken by the light. Just something to consider. Neither printer in the 'office' area worked either.

Very comfortable bed, excellent shower, adequate storage space, clean

Great price that fit our budget. This is a no frills hotel with some great amenities. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good A/C. Across the street from Rockefeller Plaza. Coffee pot, refrig, sink, plates and utensils. Nice 5th floor bar, restaurant and sitting area with TV and fireplace. Cool outside sitting area with view of St. Patrick's Cathedral. We had a room with a window facing the the street and it was loud for us, but we come from the country and are not used to street noise. Next time I will ask for a room away from the street. Very small lobby, not typical for a hotel, however, we did not mind. We never sit in the lobby and were gone all day sight seeing. Free washer and dryer with free detergent. The wash/dryer was in the same room as the the gym so while the clothes were washing I did a workout, very convenient. We saw many flight attendants and pilots staying at this place. Not sure what that means but they were always coming and going. If you want luxury probably not your place. The owners built a nice place to stay with comfy beds and a great price. Yes we would stay there again.

Good size room, staff is great, excellent location surrounded by entertainment, restaurants, and metro

Location was great - central to everything. Great service and room.

This hotel was in a great location. The staff were friendly. The restaurant was nice and had a great outdoor area. Room service was not efficient. They did not provide us with 2 sets of towels, our coffee maker broke, and the queen bed was awful.

Nice location, near time square, Rockefeller center, etc. Small room, but clean Free wi-fi

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Club Quarters in August of 2014. For us it was an ideally located choice – in the center of Manhattan. The St. Peter’s Cathedral was around the corner, The Radio City Music Hall is right outside the door, and f course the Rockefeller Center – you are pretty much in it. Times Square and the Central Park are a few blocks away and if you need transportation – i.e. subway the Rockefeller Center station is around the corner to take you anywhere you wish in the whole New York City. The hotel itself is perfect – the staff was very nice and accommodating- we got in early so they took our bags and put them in a “safe room” so we could explore the city for a couple hours. The Lobby is very small but nice and comfy – the hustle, walk in and right up to the elevator to the room. Also I have to mention that they have water bottle filler in the lobby. NYC is so hot in the summer that providing refill station for water is a much appreciated convenience. The room was small and with a generous view of another building and the rooftops, but who cares when you are in NYC? In the mornings, if we cracked the windows open, we could hear live performances of the Morning Show. If you want something quieter, you might want to stay somewhere else. It did not bother us. We were barely in the room. Other than the view and the sounds of music, it was a GREAT room, compact, thoughtfully updated, well equipped with all necessary stuff. The beds were comfortable, and we thought that water bottles provided to fill up in the lobby were a very nice touch. Over all we had a very pleasant stay. If you are in Manhattan for the first time and would like to stay somewhere central to everything this is a great choice!
