Seacoast Condos - Unit 104

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was livable. I brought new drapes for patio door which we left; the old ones are in the linen closet. I also left a mattress pad in master br. Next year l will bring one new chair. SERIOUS PROBLEM: Mold in the shower

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo manager did an excellent job preparing for our arrival. I brought new patio door drapes to replace the old ones. Will leave them and the old drapes are in the linen closet. Also brought my own cooking pans and throw rugs which l will take with me. Overall the unit is in nice shape, and we plan to return in 2019

SeaCoast Unit 104 Condo Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wife and l have rented Unit 104 for 3 years. A modest condo but nicely located in the condo complex. I brought along new front drapes and some throw rugs which l will leave. Also a couple frying pans, etc. we have a preference for Teflon pans. l also brought deck chairs that fit my taller stature, and are more comfortable. I did not leave the chairs. The condo was very clean, we enjoyed spending 3 mos in Unit 104, and intend to return in 2019.
