This area has spotty cell service and there is a problem with the lock on the front door. Upon exiting the property we were not able to lock it. We had immediately put in calls to the property manager but they would not go through while at the property. I have AT & T and never experienced this any where and I travel a lot.Finally got through to them the next morning.The kitchen faucet was spewing water from the base, another maintenance issue. Someone tried to fix it but said a plumber was needed and being a holiday weekend it wasn’t going to get fixed for a few days. The battery was replaced in the lock but that did not solve the problem and we had to take all our belongings whenever we left the property. I let the property manager know about the lock again today. It was a stressful and disappointing stay.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at New Smyrna. Our lab was grateful to come with us! The bathroom is nicely updated & the ease of the hardwood floors were great. Plenty of space for just my husband & I for a week. While we didn’t use the kitchen, to many great places to eat, it looked like it was stocked nicely and ready to use. Everything was clean & the area is very nice and quiet!

This condo is fully equipped with everything you need Super comfortable bed ,which is usually an issue while staying places. The unit was completely comfortable ! We slept like babies!It was clean and had plenty of towels essentials Very spacious and private

We loved the area and people, but the interior is badly in need of updating. Dirty windows, broken screens, leaking kitchen tap, bulbs burnt out and no replacements. Vanity in closet room has no replacement bulb

Sea woods is a great complex! Very pretty and lots to do. We played bingo and pickleball.we loved the pools. The ocean is a quick walk! We can’t wait to return!

Can’t say enough

This ground floor unit was ideal for our stay with our yorkie poo. The open floor plan had everything we needed from dining room that sat 6 comfortably to a kitchen well equipped to cook, laundry facilities, charcoal grill as well The bathroom had 2 sinks which came in handy & the king bedroom also had another TV There are 3 pools at the complex however only one was heated. A quiet, friendly, safe neighborhood. Thank you Cindy! Who was quick to respond to any needs! We were very pleased & hope to return

Friendly neighborhood

This property was perfect for us, being on the ground floor with a walk-out, since we were traveling with our dog. The unit was clean and nicely furnished. Kitchen was dated, but functional. We bought and left quite a few cooking utensils that were needed. Re: the ranking for ease of check-in: We had a few glitches when we arrived: the access code was wrong, the wifi code was wrong, and the code for the pool bathrooms was wrong. The coffee makers were both broken. Management worked with us to get all these problems resolved. Re: the ranking for accuracy of online listing: one of the first filters we put in was a hot tub on the property. This property said there was one. There is not. The neighbors are very friendly and made us feel at home. Cindy was great about communicating with us and let us know about interesting things going on in the area, such as launches, manatees, and places to eat.

The apartment was as described. Nice quite area. A walk across the street and over the dunes to the beach. Had all the needed amenities. Bed was a little rough but overall a nice place.
