Perfect weekend getaway

Perfect location with access to everything. Relaxed on the balcony for hours with an amazing breeze. Very clean, quiet, and all utensils and items available you would need to fix quick meals. A must stay!

Good location to beach but....

This 1 BR unit is very close to the beach and has easy access. However, don't expect a view. It is located a few steps down from the parking area. There is no window in the bedroom and very little room to walk around the king size bed. The bed was comfortable, but not the pillows. There was also a slight mold/mildew odor that set off our allergies. We have found this is not uncommon in water front properties. and and very little room

Work stay

No frills, we weren’t there very much. Very windy when we got there, we opened the windows to air the place out, helped a lot. Everything was nice, but needed to be aired out.

Acceptable, but smelly

The apartment was clean and as pictured on VRBO. It was quite a bit smaller than it appeared to be from the pictures. One has to walk sideways just to get to the other side of the bed. There were also no sheets available for the pullout bed.The biggest issue was the smell of mold. It was clear the place had recently been remediated from flood damage. I’m sympathetic to those problems, but they really have to do something more about the smell. It was constant, and almost overwhelming at times.

Great spot

Right on the beach and #9 unit was very clean and cute. Had everything you needed. I could live there. Lol. The pool was still heated, so that would have been nice if it wasn’t. But after riding our bikes for like 15 miles, so we used the pool as a Jacuzzi for our bones.

Anniversary weekend

We like the property. We had two issues, we were not able to get enough band width to use our laptops and we weren't able to ger the television in the bedroom to work, no signal just snow.

A Great Place To Stay And The Location Is Wonderful

If you are looking for a quiet place away from the crowds of vacationers, then this it. Our condo was clean and well maintained. Management was very easy to work with. You really can’t get much closer to the ocean than this. Getting to park so close to the condo made everything so much easier. We definitely will stay again when we are in the area

Only once!

Sleeping is impossible. Bed and couch were terrible. Tried them both. For the money you pay you should at least be able to get a good nights sleep. Not! Also only one remote worked, and could not change channels on TV all weekend long. Never saw any type of property management to get it corrected. It was very disappointing, very! The picture sure looked different than in person. Was not as clean as it showed. Outside chairs were set up by the AC units and filthy! Don't waste your money on this unit. Would not stay there again for sure.

Great location

We were looking for a location away from the high tourist areas and on the beach. This location was perfect for our family. The walkway to the beach was right outside our door. The studio apartment with a full kitchen allowed us to cook meals in, we were able to remain socially distant and avoid crowds. The resort had only 10 units so it was less populated than the area high rise condos.

Quiet, Peaceful, Relaxing

This is an amazing place to stay. We visited St.Augustine, Daytona Beach, and Orlando., which were all close. The condo looks exactly like the picture. It was very clean. Many kitchen items. The heated pool was wonderful. Stepping out of the door and onto the beach was heaven. This is a quiet place, so if you are looking for a peaceful place to stay, this is it! We checked out this morning and I am already looking for available dates in October. Thanks for the hospitality! 🙂
