Great staff, good breakfast, convenient location!!!
The hotel is dated but has everything you need. The staff were awesome.
Request a room on a lower floor so you have the option of using the stairs.
This was a great hotel however, if you had to stay in side due to rain or chance of rain your TV went in and out. I didn't go out at night and I couldn't watch TV because the service kept going out. When asked about it they said if it was raining or a chance of rain it went out due to it being satellite. Most of the time it was a bright sunny day and still no service. Won't stay here again, but I will give another Staybridge a try.
I apologize In advance but I dont remember everybody's names but one thing is for sure the staff was polite specially the ones that made sure breakfast was serve on time and kept it nice and clean and also the staff that were there in the evening when they served beer wine and yummy appetizers. They would always greet you with a smile and a good morning or good evening very polite.. if I ever go back or when I go back that's the hotel I will stay from now on..
I was attending a conference and stayed here instead of the conference hotel. I was so glad that I did! The breakfast was so delicious and the room are huge. Also loved the social hour where you could get appetizers. Internet was a bit slow and only downside was that since I booked through Orbitz I couldn't apply the points to my IIG account.
The hotel was great! Walking distance from everything and great breakfast
The staff were incredibly friendly and the amenities are outstanding. Delicious breakfast everyday and dinner/ happy hour three days a week. Free wifi at a great speed. Definitely will stay here again.
Within walking distance to many excellent restaurants and shops. A little further to walk to the heart of the French Quarter (about 20 min.) but certainly doable. Expensive to park your car ($40/day) but probably in line for big city parking. Free breakfast offered every morning, I would not consider it top notch, but decent enough.
It was truly comfortable and relaxing. Great location, very friendly and helpful staff and a bed that I didn't want to get out of. I would absolutely stay there again.
Staff was very friendly. Nothing wrong with my room,Great stay!
Great hotel for a weekend getaway. Located in a great area to go to both the Warehouse District and French Quarter. Lots of great restaurants within a block.
Great place to stay. Close to a casino, street car nearby andwithin walking distance to everything in the Quarter. Hotel also serves morning breakfast free to start the day and a good evening meal also.
Booked the hotel last minute for 7 friends! Had the two bedroom 4 double beds suite. Wonderful accommodations and great location!
Our room was not cleaned for two days. We requested service on the first day, we were told we had a do not disturb sign on the door which was a lie. On the second day the same lie was told, about the do not disturb sign. At breakfast there was an uninvited guest crawling on the wall near the waffle maker.
Our stay at the Staybridge in New Orleans was overall an enjoyable experience. Check in was fast and easy, and we were able to find our room effortlessly. Our room was clean and a cool retreat from the hot Louisiana sun. The location of the hotel allowed for a short walk to the heart of the French Quarter or an even shorter and relatively cheap Uber or cab ride. The complimentary beer and wine on T, W, and Th nights was an added bonus that we took advantage of before hitting the town!
This was a great place to stay the rooms were great and was within walking distance to the French Quarter, great food and music. Wonderful time. We cant wait to go again.
The room was large and quiet. The sheets and towels were sumptuous and inviting. Having a kitchen and full fridge was awesome. The breakfast and dinner option was terrific ! I would like to see more dinner nights added .
We were undecided as to whether to stay in the Frebch Quarter or not. But we didn't like the prices. Luckily we found the Staybridge Suites. The hotel was perfectly situated on the edge of the Quarter but also on the edge of the up and coming Warehouse District, which frankly offered more attractive dining. The staff were great, the rooms were great and we benefited from the 3-times a week socials with the complimentary beer and wine and some nibblies. We have passed on the word that thus is the place to stay in downtown New Orleans.
Staybridge Suites was perfect for our family to get together for Thanksgiving! Near enough to EVERYTHING!!! We woukd go back in a heartbeat!!!!
