Great location
Starting with check in, the Roami site and check in process was very smooth, the parking recommendation provided was great - paid parking garage only 2 min walk to apartment. The location was perfect as the trolley system was right across the street and most attractions were within walking distances. The only downside was we could not find the balcony access if there even is any. The balcony is put in the pictures but not easily accessible. The apartments were clean but the floors could have used some extra attention as our socks were very dirty after walking on them. The AC/Heat unit was the main issue. We could not control our own room temperature as it’s controlled remotely. This did cause some comfort issues as we had people in our party who were very very hot at night. We would stay at a Roami property again as the overall experience was very good.
