Excellent location, clean and cozy! It’s authentic New Orleans and that’s what we loved about it! We have stayed at 5 different places in New Orleans and this was our favorite! We will definitely book again!
T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E! For 4 days and 3 nights not once did the owner give us fresh towels. The water took quite a while to get hot but then it was a fine combo of cold and hot so it didn't scald. The shower was made for a very short person, as well as the toilet stall made for a very thin person. The mirror was short as well. As for "kitchenette" all they had was a sink and dishes and a coffee pot...No coffee No microwave and No fridge. I did take into consideration the historical value of the property and did appreciate the late checkout for my late flight, but we need SOME accomodations for the price we paid. Oh and no WIFI!

Guest sorry I were displeased. Your were aware of no daily room service or WiFi. Before you check in when you booked with hotel your were told of hotel policy. Due to covic we are short of help . Your were told if you needed extra towels to let us know . U didn’t. You looked like you and your husband had a good time watching the Easter Parade that passed out front of hotel . Many of our Guests enjoy there stay with us . Sorry u didn’t
