Fantastic Stay!

This place is awesome. Bigger and nicer than expected, super clean, great kitchen and common area. Also really nicely decorated with local photos and artwork. Great little office space was a pleasant surprise. Pool and hot tub were great too, and nice and private. Manager Courtney was extremely responsive to our questions, like how to work the hot tub. We loved this place and will definitely consider it again for our next visit!

Fabulous place

Loved just about everything about it – the condo is wonderful. Very clean, well-appointed and the little patio is lovely. The only tiny downside is it's near the tracks and the train can be loud at night but this was only really an issue one of our three nights. overall, five stars!

Perfect Stay

We had an amazing time with two properties in the same location. Our whole group was impressed by the homes, felt safe and couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful location. Absolutely recommend if you want to be in a convenient and charming area of New Orleans with a small group!

Spring Break in NOLA

Easy to find location, perfect spot to walk to the French Quarter (about 20 minutes) or the Bywater area (10 minutes). Reserved parking in front is great to not have to find street parking. Unit is as described - we did not have time to use the pool but would stay here again. Thank you!

Great property

We loved our stay at this property. It was a very short drive to the French Market and everything else around the city. There is an amazing coffee shop just one minute walk away called St.Coffee. With delicious breakfast choices and latte flavors. The beds were so comfortable at one point my sister woke up and forgot where she was. We would definitely come stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property.

New Years

This was a lovely spot for the week! Close enough to downtown to walk but far away enough to get a peaceful night sleep. Hanks around the corner is open 24 hours a day and has amazing chicken! Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!!

We had a fantastic girls’ trip here for the Eras Tour! While the location isn’t the most glamorous, we felt very safe with the two locked gates leading to the front door. The space was perfect for us, though we did have to buy toilet paper halfway through our stay since it wasn’t well stocked. Other than that, it was a great experience!

It has everything!

My stay at this property has far exceeded my expectations. There were books, games, high speed internet, washer & dryer, a pool with jacuzzi, plates & table-wear, any kitchen tool you can think of, and so much more. There was also ample seating in the entertainment area, perfect for the large party I hosted. 10/10 stay, would highly recommend.

Nice spot to stay!

Everything was nice but the sheets had stains on them. Very convenient to the superdome and convention center. Pool was a plus! Enjoyed my stay.

Very nice property. Biggest downside was the garbage cans at the gate smelled and had a lot of flies around them. which you needed to pass every time going into the property. Few areas where walls were patched should be repainted. Other minor stuff. The bathrooms, that there are 2 1/2 and work well, are a real bonus for larger groups. Spaces are very comfortable. Owner was very responsive.

Clean & Comfortable Rental

By far the most important things to me are cleanliness and comfort. This rental met both those needs. And went beyond in providing coffee. The pool was well maintained. Gates and security made it all feel safe and secure. All individuals must be able to sleep through traffic noise.

It was a nice private property! The first unit wasnt clean but upon explaining the issue with the guest, he immediately put us in another unit which was clean and welcoming! We couldn't have askedcfoe a better property/host. Thank you for everything!

Amazing Location but Okay rental

First and foremost we were looking for a 6 person place from the start and this listing came up so the assumption was the living room couch was a pull out but it was not. thankfully we ended up having one friend back out and we borrowed an air mattress but that was pretty aggravating especially for the price point. The location was fantastic-close to friends shops/restaurants/bars and walking distance to the French Quarter. I could not gush about the location enough to be honest and the security of the multi gate system made us feel secure even though its in a slightly sketchy part off st claude. The other issues we had were: the hot tub did not work properly. we were never able to get it to heat fully or maintain temperature even though I caught the pool guy at one point and had him walk me through it (very nice dude by the way), the en suite shower for the king bedroom was super clogged and we ended up cleaning it out a bit ourselves, and the queen mattress in the second bedroom was (as my friends put it) taco'd so its way past comfortable usability and needs a change out. The front door lock was acting a little funky so it may need a tune up or recalibration. Also they had super comfy branded robes but we only had one for the whole house T_T Those were our main complaints that could easily be fixed so overall I was pretty happy with my stay and would consider booking again. Every time I reached out to the host they were pretty prompt (especially considering MG weekend)
