The location is fantastic - close to a large grocery store and walkable to convention center and many fun places. Although the carpet is a bit old, the rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were super friendly.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights, check in was smooth and they had our room ready at 11am which was extremely nice. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. However, something that really effected our trip was the parking and lack of access to our vehicle. In the hotel description it says it has onsite parking (a major reason why I chose this hotel) but when we arrived the hotel staff said we have to rely on street parking or public parking lots for $40/day if there is any available which was about a block away. The hotel also offered valet services for $47/day. We chose the valet and it was very unreliable. We would request the car and come down to staff that was unaware we ever put in a request or could not be found. There were times the car would take up to 45 minutes until it was ready. We ended up losing money on parking and missing reservations because it was difficult to predict when we would receive our vehicle. The valet staff was very polite and welcoming, but the experience was very frustrating overall. There also was no daily housekeeping, something I would have liked and wish I were made aware of when I was choosing hotels. If these things are not a deal breaker to you, it was a nice hotel. There was a park up the street and a 15–20-minute walk from Bourbon Street, the aquarium and some awesome restaurants.

A faded rose that needs maintenance but very good location and nice staff. The room coffee was too weak to drink so had to go downstairs to the coffee station.

This location was PERFECT. Walking distance to Bourbon Street, Canal Street, Sazerac House, and most attractions. It was walkable to Jackson Square, but we chose to get ubers which were about $10 from Kasa. This hotel is in an incredibly safe area and directly next to the court house and Mardi Gras parade route. Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. The front desk was always accessible, they held my luggage for a later flight time and overall very accommodating. I had such a wonderful experience I extended my stay. I will happily stay here again and recommend this to any person visiting New Orleans. The rooms were spacious and clean. They offered complimentary water and cookies upon arrival. Bathrooms were also spacious, clean, and modern.

Everything was perfect! We came here for Mardi Gras and let me tell you Mardi Gras is at your door step with this hotel!! I had no idea until a few days before arriving but i would book again for that reason alone. We were greeted with wonderful staff they were all very nice and attentive and welcoming. Room was perfect for my friend and i. We walked to bourbon everyday it was a 10-15 minute walk and never felt unsafe at anytime we were there. Would highly recommend!!

The room was spacious and the staff friendly. I liked the location on Lafayette Square in the Central Business District. The balcony was narrow and had no chairs, but that wasn't a major issue for us. It's a short walk to the French Quarter and right along the St. Charles streetcar line. We'd stay here again, and thought it was a good value for the price.

indifferent front desk staff. fire alarm for that went off with for 'testing' with no notification. complimentary luggage storage was a little sketchy. room itself was fine enough, clean enough, though you could hear pipes (when next room was showering, e.g.) and hallway noise. you get what you pay for - and it was not awful for the price, but temper you expectations
