Spur of the moment booking.

Perfect location. City Car right across the street. If you like to walk it is a prwrfect stroll to all the attractions. We were only supposed to stay onw night and decided to book another. Asked foe same room and it was granted with no hesitation. I would book again!

Overnight Stay - Weekend Trip

I spent the night here while visiting New Orleans on a summer weekend trip. It is an older building/facility, which is not uncommon in New Orleans. The rooms have been updated and are clean and comfortable. The location is good. It is outside of The French Quater, but within walking distance to many popular attractions. It is also located right on the street car route. There is a popular steak house downstairs, but you will more than likely need reservations to dine there. The designated parking lot is 4-5 blocks away and $46.00/night. The building and some fixtures in the room were in need of updates/maintenance. Amenities at the hotel were limited. I was only there at night to sleep and shower.

Had a cockroach in my bathroom as well as seen one in the hallway. Bathtub had dirty spots in it like it wasn’t cleaned well. Didn’t know there’s room service for a fee of $30-$40 dollars every time requested. Half the plugs did not work in my room. Other than that, rooms are very spacious and location was everything as you are in the heart of downtown.

This was a great stay. No complaints about anything. You may need to ask for a dnd as there are not signs in the room. Everything was clean, convenient, and smooth as could be.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was clean and in order. The front desk was helpful. The representative at the desk for the first couple nights was very professional, dressed in business attire, and very personable. However, on the last night of the stay, the front desk person was a man with a beard and pigtails wearing a tie dye shirt and short shorts. I was very disappointed that you thought this should be the person representing the business. There was a nice restaurant in the hotel that had a rule for proper attire. I can only imagine what the diners thought when they looked out the door to the hotel and saw him.
