Very bad experience. Rude front desk service. They could not find my reservation. They made me call orbitz because they only get 5 digit reservation codes which orbitz reservation numbers are more than 5 numbers. Waited for manager for 30 min. I called orbitz and hotel did not pick up the call. Waited another 30 min and nothing. Finally she was able to figure that the hotel’s receptionist did not enter my information correctly. BUT THATS NOT ALL… Some druggie came knocked on my door at 2:30 in the morning. Not sure how he was allowed to come it. He knocked several doors. He seemed under the influence. I called the front desk to report him and no answer again. Also, too much noice around the room, lots of city noise. I could not sleep during my 4 night stay. BUT THERES MORE, At check out, the front desk wanted to charge $300 for items I did not purchased. Waited another 30 min trying to have them figure it out. Don’t stay in this hotel!!!

There was no cleaning of the room and the water pipes were extremely noisy. Some staff were friendly, others not so much. Had to make several requests for towels. Stayed here several times before but this experience as not memorable.

Great hotel and the casino was why we came. Great place!

Front desk staff service was horrible

It was a beautiful stay on our way to North Carolina. The price was a little high but we went ahead and stayed anyway.

There was no maid service but the staff was very attentive and helpful.

Really enjoyed our stay We will definitely be back

Room 420 was terrible… smelled like smoke and this is supposed to be a non smoking property. Elevators were dirty. Staff initially said no other rooms available but fortunately was able to move me to a room that did not smell like smoke.

The Harrah's Buffet was NOT there anymore and it shows on Orbitz that it is. This was very disappointing. This is deceiving and misleading. This was a main reason we came to Harrah's to enjoy the buffet and to experience fresh Gulf seafood. Going to Harrah's inconvenienced my brother who has to use a cane to walk long distances for a meal. Therefore, it is NOT friendly for those with a handicap. I was not at all thrilled to see my brother to suffer and to experience this. More eating venues need to be built closer to the slots area for those with a disability. No one should have to go outside of the property for a good meal. Gordon Biersch was GREAT and accommodating, so was Manning's.More eating venues need to stay open later when late flight guests come to this property without inconveniencing the guests. ALL vending machines on ALL floors should be filled. I had to go to another floor to get a soft drink because our 4th floor Pepsi macine was SOLD OUT... VERY DISAPPOINTING.I, along with my brother will be going elsewhere in the future. And we used to live Harrah's.

Beautiful view and convenient location

What I did like was the staff. Informative, pleasant, and attentive. What I didnt like was the property condition. The rest rooms on the main lobby level were beat. Walls scuffed and dirty, floor and floor trim really dirty. Our room was fine (1007) but lighting in bathroom very dim, make-up mirror didnt work. (not a big deal but ...). We are on the 10th floor and the music from the courtyard between hotel and casino access was so loud until after 11:00.

It was nice 👌 Relaxing the view was great the staff were nice just overall stay was good 👍

Housekeeping did not vacuum our room on a daily basis.

The property felt like a traditional hotel and up to date at the same time. Front desk service was very responsive and helpful.

Cleanliness was an issue. No casual restaurant and no breakfast place Small gym It needs attention particularly at this price range. I will never stay here again nor recommend it

Good, clean, staff was kind. Enjoyable. Would stay again
