Cozy and Clean

Pics represent exactly what you’re renting. Communication was friendly and they called just to ask if everything was an expected. Plenty of dishes and blankets provided.Only negative was that the bed was extra firm. Location was impressive with 2 minute walks to the sound or the gulf. Would definitely stay again!

Not Inviting

Furnishings were not as shown in listing and photos hide alot. Was not a comfortable living room sofa, appearance felt dirty and old because it was. Previous reviews indicated same issproblems

Great weekend

Enjoyed the Vacasa...Seas the Day in Navarre Beach. The place was clean and had a great location right by the beach. Would highly recommend.

Do not recommend

While we always love visiting Navarre, this trip wasn't the greatest. When we got to the townhouse we couldn't get in because we received the wrong code. Called a number for the local Vacasa and couldn't get a live person. Just kept asking me over and over to choose a prompt but when you press whichever number it just asked the same thing over again. The townhouse was not clean. Sand in the bed, we had not been to the beach as it was getting dark. Floors were filthy, only two towels, one washcloth, two hand towels and a bath mat. Definitely need more towels. We had planned on cooking/grilling while in town BUT the grill was so rusted that one of the knobs wouldn't turn. Got up the next morning to cook breakfast but there was only an egg pan...literally nothing else other than one baking dish and a cookie sheet. Do not say that it's a fully equipped kitchen when it's not. Will not stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone either. The homeowners need to do better with making sure its well equipped, the cleaning service needs to do better and the local office needs to figure out their phone system.

Great location was the only good tjing

The location was great and allowing pets is awesome. Other than that it was downhill. Toilet was dirty. There were roaches. Found dirty dishes in the cabinets. The bushes out front are sticker bushes so when you walk by you get stickers in your clothes. You can’t watch regular tv. The batteries area is taped up so you have to figure out the other remotes. Sofa is so outdated it has cracks in material. Won’t be staying here again.

Convenient, clean

Nice place and enjoyed location. Only drawback was the uncomfortable bed. Also the fact we took our little four legged baby to find out dogs are not allowed on beach which hampered our trip.

Great place to stay.

The listing was just as described. Clean and located right where we wanted to be. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The grill really needs to be replace and wish the cleaning staff had left a few extra trash bags and dishwasher and laundry supplies.. Definitely would stay there again.

The property had all the amenities we needed. It would have been nice to have some laundry soap. The kitchen was fully equipped. The lay out of the condo was nice. Neighbors were super nice. Great place to wake up and have a run or a walk. Navarre is amazing of course. Really enjoyed our time there. Will probably book again of the property fee is a one time charge.

Disappointed

The property was not worth the price. Out of date everything. Smelled of mold and was dirty. When we walked in there was dirt on the floor and we noticed the smell. They had “furniture” that they tried to make look beachy but was something someone just screwed in some boards to a frame. The appliances are old and small as if meant for people under 5’1 to stay. The restroom also out of date and moldy. The glass for the shower had soap scum and smelled. The toilet was meant for a child. Very uncomfortable. The bedroom had the oldest and noisiest bed ever. Also uncomfortable. The pullout bed was stained and looked disgusting. Not sure who or why this place is even placed for rent. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Seas The Day

The condo was in severe need of updating. The silverware was well below average- just a few knives. The cookware was in need of replacement. On the second day of my week stay, the hot water heater, the HVAC, and the oven stopped working. Vacasa moved me to a fabulous four bedroom with a private salt water swimming pool. The last five days of my stay were very relaxing and enjoyable.

Management was activity communicating and the cleanest place I have stayed at in weeks. Wanted to stay longer but of corse they are heavily booked

Short Weekend Stay

Mini vacay

Pros: Liked the property and quiet street it was on and it was exactly what we were looking for Cons: floors extremely dirty and couch had sand everywhere bedroom fan was extremely squeaky and looked like it wasn’t very secure being a light sleeper we couldn’t sleep with the fan on had to sleep on couch beings I needed that white noise to sleep asked management to send someone out to take a look at the fan or just get us a box or stand up fan and never heard back from them or they couldn’t locate a fan all in all it was ok for what we paid for

Enjoyed our stay

Everything was as described. Great location, close to the beach. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The furniture and decor could use a bit more dusting. There’s a bit of dust on top of decor, mirrors, and baseboards. Nothing that takes away from our enjoyment of our vacation, but enough to notice. Over all we had a great experience.

I will do this again

The absolute best time I ever had with my sons. It was like living there and not just renting for a time. Clean, cute decorations, absolutely the best neighbors, and loved the walking to and from the sound AND the beach!!
