Welcome to Navarre Beach's newest and best large luxury beach home, SOGGY DOLLAR! This custom home is BRAND NEW and is the perfect place if you want to relax and create an unforgettable family vacation! Search no further, because Soggy Dollar is the home you have been looking for!

With over 2000 square feet of decks and an even higher "crow's nest," you will have absolutely the most beautiful panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and of the Santa Rosa Sound. The amazing, white sand, sugary beach is just a short walk or golf cart ride away. This home is Navarre Beach's nicest luxury vacation rental home! Professionally designed and furnished in fresh coastal style, this dream home is remarkably upscale yet comfortable. No detail has been overlooked.

Soggy Dollar has an open floor plan with a spacious great room to easily view the 70 inch flat screen smart TV. There is plenty of seating for the entire group with the indoor dining table seating 12 and the 20 foot kitchen island quartz counter seating 12. The kitchen has top of the line appliances with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers with an extra refrigerator in the laundry room. The wet bar has an ice maker and 2 blenders for mixing your favorite frozen beverage(s).

Bring your family and friends because there's plenty of space. The home sleeps 22 people in beds with 6 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, 3 master bedrooms with king beds, 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each sleeping 4, and a single bedroom with 2 queen bunk beds sleeping 8. Each bedroom has a large flat screen smart TV and high thread count linens.

There is an elevator but must be monitored by adults.

The outdoor space is awesome! Soggy Dollar has a large heated** pool (27x15) with a 10' wide sun shelf and pool towels are supplied. The pool deck has a half bath so no need to run upstairs. There are 2 outdoor heated showers for rinsing the sand and salt off. The space under the house is enormous and can be used for parking 10 vehicles or for large events*.

Our home is maintained to the highest standards and you will be amazed by its comfortable elegance. We love getting to know our guests and want to help in anyway we can to ensure our guests have the perfect vacation.

**Heating of the pool is optional: There is a $150 fee with an additional $50/per day. Heating of the pool may not be available if the temperature is too cold.

Nice place and great layout. Great location. Very clean. Wish they included more basic amenities for the cost (a few more roles of toilet paper and some soap would have been 0.0001% of the rental cost) but did have lots of beach toys- I ended up renting chairs and beach toys because they said they didn’t have much, but would have had plenty and didn’t need to rent. Kitchen was well appointed to cook anything. Pool was very nice and golf cart was a great touch.

Soggy Dollar review

Even though we had cold weather and record snow fall my family had a great time at the Soggy Dollar. Plenty of room to spread out. Sarah was great with communications. Elevator came in handy for those who needed it. Only negative was the golf cart. It looked old, rusting and didn't work. Maybe just a bad battery due to the cold weather.We love Navarre Beach and would stay at the Soggy Dollar again. Thanks Sarah

The space was nice. Only ONE roll of paper towel, trash bag, toilet paper roll in bathrooms for a home that holds 22 and we were staying for 6 days. So be sure to purchase your own after paying a significant amount to stay. Bathrooms are not equipped with any toiletries, dryers etc. Furniture is very worn.

A beautiful dream

From the moment we arrived and opened the door to the time we checked out, this place was wonderful!! The location is premier, the space is grand and there separate areas for people to sleep was wonderful. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets. It was a gem stocked with everything we needed. The host was lovely and we can’t wait to come back.

Perfect for us!

We spent the week with our family, ages 8 months to 86, and we all had a wonderful time. There was plenty of space to sit and visit, whether inside, on the porch or around the pool. The extra large kitchen with 2 of everything was perfect, as was the extra ice maker. The golf cart and elevator made everything so much easier, and every bedroom had its own bathroom. Sarah was wonderful, and very responsive. We found this home to be perfect for our family, and we will definitely stay again if we return to Navarre Beach!

Great Family Vacation House

The absolute nicest home we have ever stayed in! Lots of room. I love the three master bedrooms. The porches are great. Nice location to the beach and close to the bridge so easy trips to town for sushi or ice cream! The single floor plan layout is so much nicer than multiple levels. The pool is really nice!

Family vacation

Perfect location. Easy beach access, very nice to have the golf car to haul chairs to the beach. Ample beach chairs and umbrella for the beach. House is gorgeous, comfortable beds and enough space tor 11 of us. Of all the VRBOs I’ve rented, this one did not have as much supplied - things like salt, pepper, tin foil (for grilling the amazing fish we got at the market), soaps,etc. stores aren’t too far thankfully. If you don’t have a car though, it’s too far to walk across the bridge. Nevertheless, would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing beach vacation in a beautiful home with exceptional views!

Upon arrival, we were amaze by the cleanliness and well decorated house. The beds were comfy. Elevator was extremely useful for our parents and transporting supplies. The golf cart was a nice touch. Sarah is one of the best hostess I had a pleasure of talking to. Even minor issues were taken cared of quickly and I mean within minutes, the the service technician was on site. We will return for sure. Thank you Sarah for being awesome.

Beautiful home with fantastic floor plan

We were very happy with our stay! The house is spacious and having everything on one floor was very nice. House and decor are beautiful. No surprises, everything was as listed. Check in process was very easy! Location to beach cannot be beat and the golf cart was notice bonus to help load things to and from beach. Bathroom off pool was a plus! Just a few things to note: bring extra toiletries, detergent, cleaning supplies with you the house was minimally stocked. BBQ pitts and blenders were not working. Great time though and we would definitely stay here again.

Great place for families

We had eight adults and eight kids that included my wife and I, our three grown children and their families. The grandchildren are all under the age of ten. There was far more than enough sleeping spaces. The kitchen was well appointed. We really liked the fact that there were two dishwashers. There was also a second refrigerator located in the laundry room that came in very handy. We’ve previously rented large homes along the Florida coast that had multiple floors (2-3 stories) so I was a bit apprehensive about this place having all of the living space on one floor. By the end of the week we were in agreement that the single floor plan worked really well for us. It was much easier to gather together and stay connected when people weren’t spread out over multiple floors. The swimming pool was really nice. The golf cart that’s included with the rental made toting stuff to the beach access much easier. We did have an electrical problem that required the maintenance guy to come. He came in as soon as he was notified and fixed the issue. We’ve rented other places where issues weren’t fixed in a timely manner so it was nice that the owner had this taken care of as soon as she found out there was an issue.

Idyllic beach vacation

We stayed in this beach house 4 years ago. It was every bit as wonderful as we remembered! The house is beautifully laid out, comfortable, well-equipped with all the housewares and appliances that accommodate joint family or friends gathering. Pool is lovely as are the porches. I would highly recommend this beach house!

This home is lovely, clean, well stocked and great for a large group. We found everything to be in perfect order and the location was fantastic! We hosted our daughter's rehearsal dinner and wedding reception under the house and it was amazing. The transformation from parking area to gorgeous fairytale wedding venue was INCREDIBLE! Can't wait to share pictures with the owner!

Our beach visit!

We loved the house and the furnishings are beautiful. The only recommendation’s we would have is it was very difficult figuring out the television situation. We are not familiar with YouTube TV and having to sign in and login without any instructions on how to do that was frustrating. I would possibly suggest either have someone come over to the house and do a little tutorial on how to use the television system, or have a detailed instruction sheet. Also coming from out of town I did not pack a blow dryer, and the were not in any of the bathrooms. That was a huge convenience. So providing some blow dryers would have been nice or make it perfectly clear in your welcome letter. One other suggestion is the golf cart was great to have but it is looking a bit tired and it is rusted out on the back. Someone is going to go through that rusted area! I really would have liked if Sarah your property mgr could have just called and checked in to see if there were any questions or concerns. I was on vacation and didn’t want to keep checking email responses. One last thing, the front door is very difficult to lock, and if we wanted to leave the house, we had to lock the front door from the inside and go down the elevator. It sure would’ve been nice to have a keypad on the front door. That way the elevator would get less use.
