Bachelor Party

Excellent location. Walking distance to a variety of bars and restaurants. Great space for a party of 14 men. Parking is around the block and fairly steep in price.

Quick to Broadway

Overall, we had a great time. It was a very quick trip to Broadway and we walked it pretty much every night. A lot of outside noise around the house, especially between midnight and 4 AM. We were all woken up multiple times by people screaming and fighting in the alleyway. As for the actual physical house. I give it a 4.5 out of five. We had both units and the one that I was staying in didn’t have a frying pan. It looks like somebody had cooked in the pans and never really cleaned it properly cause they were pretty burnt. We did our best to clean them better than the way we found them. The TVs were a little difficult and we couldn’t actually find basic local channels. Maybe a little of instruction on that would’ve helped. I love the idea of the apps that I was able to download. I was able to look through them a day or two prior to arrival and I feel like it helped with where we were located and what was directly around us, of course once we got there I didn’t look at the app again. The main door off of the street was a little difficult and might need a battery change or a complete new lock as we couldn’t put in the code properly most of the time. All in all, we had a great time and will look into your company for future adventures to Nashville.

Perfect location, great property!

We had a large group staying for the Nashville Rock n Roll Running Series and booked both adjoining condos which were right on the route and a few blocks away from all of the action on Broadway. Perfect! My only comment is the bed descriptions- the two masters had queens but the other two bedrooms looked more like full sized beds. It all worked fine for us. Kitchens were nice, the bathrooms were all beautiful and the place was spotless.

Family trip to Nashville

Overall the condos were great size for larger groups. The condos weren’t clean, including some of the sheets on multiple beds. There were party decorations left over on the walls and confetti in many places from previous guests. Some of the furniture was sketchy to sit on and one chair eventually broke causing injury to one of our guests. Great location to broadway and secure/safe measures in place with multiple locks.

worked perfectly for our group... a little further from Broadway than we wanted but needed a large place for our people so it was a good tradeoff... and if we got arrested there was a Grumpy's Bail Bonds right next door for convenience.

Perfect for couples trip

We had 6 couples, each with a bedroom. The property was perfectly located within walking distance to nearly everything we did! It had all the necessities, and coffee! All my communication was answered within minutes! Highly recommend!

great location, great trip. I liked the layout... it worked great for our multi-couple group. I would stay there again for sure. we had a slight issue figuring the doors/locks and entryway out... but once we did... all good. no issues and cleaning lady did a fine job.

Amazing property and perfect for our group of 12 ladies for a Bachelorette. The property was immaculate when we got there and the check-in process was seamless. Everything was updated and the amenities were perfect. It was the perfect walking distance to Broadway and easy access back on the highway when it was time to leave. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
