Location was close to everything we needed. Very clean property. We were in the front unit and there was a little noise from the street the one night we stayed in. Overall it was a great stay. I would recommend.

Nice place except the trains

The place was clean and as advertised. There is a train tresses behind the place and when the train goes by it sounds like it ran through the bedroom.

Good but Could be better

The property was easy to locate. It is not in a residential neighborhood if that’s what you’re looking for during your stay. It is on a pretty noisy street and a train passes through around 2:30. You cannot hear the noise from the bedroom but any sleeping on the trifold sofa in the living room will find it noisy. The pillows were smelly, and neither the pillows or the mattresses had protectors which is unsanitary. There was also no designated closet in the apartment. Only a utility closet with a bar (half long over the basket and other cleaning supplies and washer/ dryer. If these things are a problem, stay somewhere else.

Perfect for quick trips

We stayed here when I took my son and his friend to Nashville for a concert. It was incredibly clean and well maintained and had just enough space for us without feeling cramped. The boys loved the rooftop access! There is a lot of street noise but the host has provided fans that blocked out any noise while we were sleeping. I would definitely be open to staying here again.

Great spot

The condo was beautiful and very clean. We had plenty of space for our family with the 2 king beds. Great location as well. For those unfamiliar with the neighborhood, the condo is off a busier street and close to the train. We used to live in East Nash so we knew what to expect for noise at night and did not have any issues with it!

Cute 1 bedroom but on a busy road

Condo was cute. Sleeps 4 but on 2 bar stools son only 2 could eat at a time or 2 had to stand and eat. Bedroom was relatively quiet for sleeping but the people on the pull out couch had car headlights and road noise including a train nearly, city buses, fire trucks etc going by waking them up. It was ok for a family of 4 but would have been better for just 2. Very clean which was great and appreciated. Definitely have stayed in some places with subpar cleaning and this was top notch

Place was exactly what was listed. Nice, spacious and comfortable. During the day it’s a little nosy due to traffic but evenings are quiet. Grocery store is super close. Easy access to freeway too. I would stay here again.

New Nashville Condo - 2 King Beds

My husband and I had a wonderful 3-night stay in this Nashville condo. It was just as beautiful as the pictures and incredibly clean, which was the most important thing we were hoping for in order for us to have a comfortable stay. Speaking of comfort, the bed was more comfortable than we had imagined it would be! Location is great for downtown and convenient with grocery stores and drive-thru restaurants nearby. We would recommend this property to anyone looking!

Great location

Our stay was amazing, the condo is right across from the grocery store and Walmart right down the road. The location was in amazing shape and the bed was very comfortable. The price is a great deal for the location and I would highly recommend to stay here. Management is also very kind and helping when needed.
