Curated by lifelong collector and "picker" Joey Yeaman, this two-bedroom one-bath cottage has everything you need with a vintage vibe. Walk to shops, restaurants, art galleries, live music, and a day spa. The backyard features a playhouse, fire pit, hot tub, and fenced-in backyard - steps away from a community playground and walking path. This is the most unique spot in Leipers. You won't want to leave!

Overall we enjoyed this home. There were a few pieces of trash left in the home when we arrived, in various places the housecleaners missed. The hot tub was cloudy at first but running the jets cleared it up a bit. The biggest issue we had was that the lock was very insecure as the door frame has such a large gap, and NO windows have locks, and can be easily opened from the outside. That felt very vulnerable. I did bring this up to the management and she said it would be addressed- but for those considering it- you may want to ask if there have been locks added. We did really enjoy bird watching in the hot tub each morning, and having coffee on the front porch swings.

There is something so special about this small town! The home was perfectly located; we walked to get coffee every morning and enjoyed dinner in downtown Franklin only 15 minutes away. The beds are very comfortable and the house is overall just so charming. Everything we needed for a week getaway.
