The check-in process was smooth overall. It was a bit confusing at first, but once understood, it was easy to navigate. The building layout itself is not within the host’s control.Parking was a major plus, especially for a city like Nashville. I did book a specific room, but about 20 minutes before check-in, my room was changed. The replacement room felt more basic, darker, and slightly smaller. The host did refund 10% of the stay, which helped make the situation acceptable.I accidentally took the parking pass home with me, and the team was very accommodating by allowing me to mail it back without any additional charge.Overall, the stay was pleasant for the short time I was in Nashville.One area for improvement would be additional lighting and better security around the complex. There were several access points where it appeared fairly easy for anyone to enter the building. Although the instructions mentioned a garage access code, the garage door could be opened easily without it. The same applied to the back gate leading to the stairs.The outdoor seating area was nice, but improved lighting would make it more inviting for guests who want to relax in the evening.
