Charming vintage cottage in a beautiful, historic neighborhood just minutes for the action of downtown Nashville. The house was nicely decorated, had guest amenities, and was very comfortable. Super fun Southern swing on the porch for winding down in the evenings. The host were very quick and helpful when responding to inquiries.

The property is very run down. The bathroom is small to say the least. Tub faucet is difficult to control water flow in tub.Toilet is small good for little kids. Kitchen stove is from an another century I was afraid to use it.House needs work. On a plus size it was very convenient to Downtown Nashville.

We have been to Nashville a few times now and every time we have stayed in Germantown. We love the neighbourhood, the restaurants and the cute homes. And it’s just a 10 minute scooter ride to downtown! This home was in the perfect location and had everything we needed. With 4 people, the bathroom could have been a little bigger but it gets the job done. We enjoyed our coffee every morning on the porch swing and listened to the birds chirping. Such a peaceful place. Would return to and recommend this cute little home!

Quaint little cottage

I give this a 5 star because the house was quaint, great location, very quiet neighborhood, and the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is extremely to small and the door does not close. The steps leading up to front door are not very stable, needs to be repaired before someone hurts themselves. The furniture needs to be updated and the welcome folder listing the upcoming events needs to be updated from 2023 to 2025. Overall the cottage is in a great location and we enjoyed our stay.

Germantown Stay

Communication with Sara and Rowan was easy and they were prompt to respond. The house was close to my son who lives in Germantown. The property was clean but felt it needed a bit of attention. Was fine for our short stay.

Excellent location

Staying here with kids is terrific!!! A block to a playground, short walk to several good restaurants and also a dynamite coffee shop. A few minor concerns were addressed immediately by the property manager who was easy to get ahold of and very responsive.

GREAT LOCATION IN GERMANTOWN

Comfortable cottage in a great location in Germantown. Easy to walk to multiple restaurants/coffee shops. Nice little porch to sit out on. It would be nice to have a table and chairs out back to sit on too. I only gave a 3 star for cleanliness because the ceiling fans are caked with dust and under the dressers/beds/sofa was not clean. The welcome snack basket was a nice touch. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.

Comfortable little house in the wonderful neighborhood

We loved this little house in Germantown. It’s an older house but we had everything we need, good pressure in the shower, clean and comfortable beds, kitchen with enough of utensils and appliances for light cooking. The neighborhood is perfect- very close to everything, very safe and quiet. Plenty of little coffee shops and breakfast places within walking distance. Few towel hooks in the bathroom would make this house even more pleasant.

Overall it was great. The house is cute. It needs some work. The bathroom is old and dirty. The owners were prompt when we couldn’t get in the front door. They also were very accommodating letting us check out late.

Comfy little cottage

Beds are super comfortable. Location is close to everything. Off street parking is nice but a little tricky to find in the dark. We didn’t get in unto 11pm and we circled the block several times to find the alley parking lot. It would be awesome if there was a sign that labeled the parking lot Germantown cottages. The bathroom door handle does stick from time to time and the bathroom shower handles could use some improvements.other than those minor things everything worked well. The owners are very transparent that this is an older home. Several reviews claimed it needed a deep cleaning. The only dirt we found was the dust on the baseboards and cobwebs in the corners. Everything else was clean. I highly recommend staying here. The price is reasonable , location is great and the beds are really comfortable. The hosts communicate well. Also Go to the centennial cafe for an awesome Down to earth country breakfast.

24th bday for Daughter first time Nashville visitors

We loved our stay in Nashville and fell in love with the home, neighborhood and Nashville. Loved seeing so many people walking the neighborhood, home was quiet and so close to downtown. We rented a car so we could explore on our own around Nashville but Ubered downtown as well.Home had everything we needed and was cozy for our downtime - we can't wait to go back. thanks for letting us stay in your quaint home it was perfect for my family of 3. :)
