When we arrived and tried to make drinks, we found cups covered in lipstick and residue. At that point, we had no idea what had actually been cleaned, so we ended up washing all of the cups.The pillows in every room were stained and yellow, and there was a white crust-like substance on the curtains. It got to the point where we felt so uncomfortable that we had to go out and buy our own pillows, blankets, and towels. This is something I’ve never had to do anywhere else.The toilet seat was broken in the master bedroom and slid every time you sat down, which was both frustrating and unsafe. On top of that, the listing was misleading: the room advertised as having two queen beds were actually bunk bed queen beds. This room also doesn’t have an actual light switch only a lamp in the room. Most of the home has sliding doors which is cute, but they barely stay closed:)
