This was a great little getaway spot, especially if you are going to an event at Ramsey Solutions! Its less than a 5 minute walk! The rental was clean and very cozy. We had a group of 6 adults and 2 toddlers and we didn't feel cramped at all. The firepit was just right and the little creek behind was the perfect place for the tots to bloop rocks into the creek. Overall this was a fantastic place to stay!

Quiet, peaceful location

The location was great. Close enough for a short drive to town, but secluded from noise and traffic. Our kids enjoyed playing in the expansive yard.

Amazing stay. We would definitely stay again. Private residence. close to all amenities. House was equipped with anything you may need. Host extremely responsive and accommodating.

Franklin excursion

This quaint home was perfect for our stay! The kitchen was well supplied as we cooked two wonderful meals and had all we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and well supplied. It was the perfect hub for day trips to Leipers Fork and Thompson Station. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute Country Home

We enjoyed staying out in the country at this home for a wedding weekend in Franklin. We enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of things and out of town. Host was great at communicating everything and we would definitely stay again.

Perfect spot

We live staying in this home! It’s perfect for our family and conveniently located to drive anywhere in the greater Nashville area. The property manager is very responsive. We highly recommend staying here.

Work trip to Franklin

We had a job in Franklin and we decided to rent a house, rather than hotel rooms, awesome location, quiet neighborhood, had pretty much everything needed for our stay, charcoal grill, fire pit in the backyard, close to the highway, shopping and restaurants, would highly recommend.

Breathtaking Beauty

This property is a slice of heaven! Gorgeous views. We were so happy to be close to all the attractions of Franklin and Nashville but still enjoy the serenity of the country. The views from the back patio were simply healing. Would highly recommend!

Home away from home

This was our third time staying at this property over the past 15 months or so. It has become our home away from home when we are in the Nashville area. That statement should tell you all you need to know about this fantastic property.

Quiet and secluded place in Franklin

The house was quiet and tucked away on a quiet street, yet was close to the highway and grocery store and all the rest of what Franklin has to offer. The host was easy to work with and the check-in, check-out process was easy. They were very attentive to anything I needed.

Nice 'country' house

This is our second year staying here during Christmas break. It's a nice quiet area, feels country but very close to restaurants and the rest of the beautiful town of Franklin. It's close to the highway and only about 30 mins from Nashville. The house comes equipped with items you need to have a great care free stay. Beds were comfortable and I slept great! Thanks for the enjoyable stay.

Perfect vacation

We rented this and we were skeptical because of some others reviews but when we got to the house and stayed our 9 days we were completely happy. The home and property were clean and we were in a great area. Our 18 month old daughter loved it and the rooms stayed nice and dark. We will be back

Wonderful Family Getaway

We had 6 adults and two children ages 9 and 2. The place was perfect. We all slept comfortably and enjoyed the entire property. We ate most of our meals during a week long stay at the house. The kitchen worked perfectly as did the dining room table. We only wished for additional seating in the living area. I would love to stay here again.

Th house was very clean and we had every th ing we needed. The highchair and stroller were a lifesaver. The king bed NOT attached to the bathroom was broken when we arrived. The slats under the box spring were broke. I had sat down holding my baby and it made a loud noise.

Great quiet place (with a country feel) for a family of 5!

Loved this property. Perfect for my wife, 3 kids and I. Has a country feel with a great yard for the kids to safely run play and be loud without bothering anyone. The house was also very nice with comfortable bedrooms and cozy decor. Even with the country feel and the peace and quiet, you are still conveniently close to I-65 and can get anywhere you need to quite quickly. Would definetely stay here again. Thanks! :)

Quiet

The house was in a safe and quiet location. It worked well for my husband, my two girls, and myself. It was close enough to stores and restaurants. I do think a few updates could really make this home lovely, example changing out the broken blinds and maybe a loveseat where more people can sit in the living area. Franklin is a great town to stay in. Thank you for letting us stay.
