Fall visit

This was a great place to stay. Loved being directly across from beach and sitting on the decks. Listening to the ocean, especially at night. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early because of the storm affecting trip home.

Great Location

Thank you for an awesome vacation. My wife, kids and I had a great time. The view of the ocean was amazing and the location was exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be back next year.

A Nice Condo In an Excellent Location For Great Side Trips

The condo is very comfortable and is in a fine location to allow one to take a ferry to Block Island. It is a quick drive to Newport and just about 2 hours to Provincetown for easy side trips. The only physical drawback in the condo is that there is only one TV and the condos is a two story unit with the bedrooms upstairs. During our stay there was no hot water in the shower for the entire week. It was only tepid at best. When we checked in we were told by management the replacement part would be installed on Monday. That day came and went. Wwe called on Tuesday to tell management the part was not installed we were told they would look into it further. On check out when we again told management the part was never installed they said they would call right then to get it installed. Well that was no help to us during our stay.

Fantastic Beachfront location

Unit was clean and location was right across the street from the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with things like paper towels, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, salt/pepper. There was dishwashing soap and laundry detergent. Wifi worked perfectly. Durkin was accommodating with checkin when we arrived after hours. They also provided advance check communication regarding a water issue in Narragansett.
