Very clean 2 bedroom apartment on a pleasant neighborhood street. The accommodation was pet friendly and had off street parking for 2 cars. We were able to cook dinner and breakfast in the well appointed kitchen. The host was lovely!

We needed a place to stay temporarily as work was being done to our home. This home was very clean and comfortable. Jaye was also an outstanding host. She was available if needed and asked there was anything else we needed during our stay. I would definitely recommend this home.

Jay was very good about communicating. She made herself available in a very timely manner. Check in was at 4 and she was still cleaning at 630 so we felt like we lost that half day unpacking and settling in that we usually have. Maybe offering a full day on checkout would have made up for that. Her Housecleaner got sick and we certainly understand this can happen but none the less we lost half a day. Her home is impeccably clean. This home was for 4. We had that plus a 5 mo old. We do a lot of cooking at home. Though she had the basics, we were looking for mixing bowls, pans for pizza, or baking. The a/c brought the temp in house to 72 with all three on 68. Placing one of them in the bath/ laundry room which was away from living and kitchen may have been the problem. I’d recommend one in the main living area. The furniture in this home was very comfortable and that was important to us. Couches, beds were wonderful!This host works really hard and we appreciated it

Too much bleach used in cleaning

We were disappointed with this rental. We arrived well after the check-in time to find the host still in the process of cleaning, and the smell of bleach was overpowering. Due to this we ended up staying the first night at a friend's house who lived nearby. We requested a refund of 1 night's cost which the host refused.

The duplex was very clean and well appointed and the location was super convenient to outstanding coffee (Fuel) and bagels (Bagels of RI). Easy drive to Narragansett Beach or Newport. Comfortable and clean!

My family and I had a wonderful overnight stay and wish we could have extended our trip! The location was close to so much-the beach was a a few short scenic minutes away. N the neighborhood was quiet away from the bustle of the beach traffic. The home was clean and comfortable for our family of 4. Jaye was so friendly and warm-she welcomed us and was such a great resource about the area. We had a nice time and hope to be back again soon. Thank you so much!

The interior of this property was one of the cleanest and neatest at which we have ever stayed as was shown in the photos. Very comfortable. The hosts were helpful, accommodating and welcoming. The exterior (which was not shown on the listing) unfortunately needed to be cleaned up. The access path was nearly blocked by an overgrown bush and a pile of old mulch was at the front of our parking space. There was really no area for appealing outdoor seating. Although the neighborhood was neat and quiet, this exterior of this property was not as well maintained as its neighbors. The hosts were so nice, it is difficult to say anything negative, but guests need to know what the outside looks like.

Great Narragansett Stay

This 2 BR 1.5 bath condo was a great selection for our family's stay in Narragansett. The place is very clean; beds are comfortable; and kitchen is extremely well-stocked. Truly it is a home away from home. We met the host Jaye and she was very thoughtful and generous. I highly recommend this location.
