Welcome to the House of Blues - an oversized NEW BUILD (8 bedrooms, 4.5 baths) with expansive ocean views and tons of outdoor space. This bright and inviting coastal home is located on a dead end street in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from the beach.

Enjoy the open floor plan (when you want to be social with the 18+ guests) and spacious bedrooms (when you need a little alone time). The kitchen is fully stocked - suited for a private chef, take out or anything in between!

We took some of our executive employees on a family retreat in this house was perfect! Ample parking and bedrooms, large yard, walk to the beach, and a fabulous host!
