Great location, walking distance to downtown Napa, Oxbow, etc.. Beds were super comfortable. Hot tub was a nice touch although we had rain a few days so didn't use it as much as we hoped. The one bathroom has a clawfoot tub/shower. It is not easy to get in and out of and my husband and I are tall. Not a deal breaker, but something I'd like to know in advance.

RENTER BEWARE! NOT A 3 Bed

First, the listing is incorrect. There are 2 queen beds and the 3rd “bed” is a small couch. It’s not even a Sofia bed couch it’s just an old couch. Very disappointing!!! I didn’t want to go on this vacation and have to sleep on a couch. A COUCH IS NOT A BED!!! This property will not sleep 6 people unless you like sleeping on the floor. Also, apartments next door are very loud with smoking and talking into late in the night every night. The parking is very limited as all neighbors have to park on the same street. Landscaping: the property was not blown off with leaves and the outside couch was covered with leaves and spider webs.

Great stay in central Napa

Location was great, able to walk to downtown and river in Napa. House is as advertised, clean and well stocked! We cooked every meal and would walk to nearby shops and restaurants down the road. Great backyard with hot tub and fire pit. Thanks again! Will visit again!

An amazing time!

We had an amazing time celebrating my friend's 35th birthday at this beautiful home in downtown Napa! The location couldn't have been more convenient—it was so close to everything downtown. The house was the perfect size for our group of five, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was also super responsive and made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again for another Napa getaway!

A quick getaway

Lol outside of being locked out late at night it was perfect. Communication with the homeowner was great, im the one who needs to do better. Sat on the patio the final morning. House is smaller than o line but nothing is as it seems until you get in it. However this is not a complaint just not an observation. Would i stay there again? Yes. Just need a frint porch light. Its remarkably close to downtown and you coukd walk but thats not my ministry in life i like a car and AC. Thanks for having us the one that lags whn

Thanks to our hosts at the Napa getaway. The house is a few short blocks into downtown Napa and close to the river. Perfect setup for a weekend away. Very large backyard with nice deck and jacuzzi. We had a great time!

Quick weekend in Napa

Location, location, location! The house has a lot of character, which older homes have that charm about them. It met all our needs and was well stocked with toiletries, coffee pods, creamers, etc. We wish we could have stayed longer to explore downtown Napa!
