Incredible Stay

This was an amazing spot! From reservations, to the check in process. The whole place was clean and felt like “home”. The mid stay check in felt very personalized. Definitely staying and booking this place again!

Perfect location, 4th of July fireworks was directly behind the property on the beach and was perfect for our anniversary is the 4th of July. The space was good and we had everything stocked in the kitchen. It was a perfect experience for my family.

We had a truly wonderful family vacation at this property in Myrtle Beach. This condo is the ideal beachfront getaway and was absolutely perfect for our family!The location couldn't be better. Being right on the beach was incredible, and the property is centrally located to everything—making it super easy to get to local attractions and restaurants.The amenities were a huge hit, especially with the kids! We loved having the choice of an indoor or outdoor pool, plus the dedicated kiddie pool and the relaxing lazy river were fantastic additions. There was always something fun to do without even leaving the resort.A special shout-out to the management team, whose communication was fantastic from booking through check-out. They were prompt, helpful, and made the whole process seamless.We highly recommend this property to any family looking for a clean, convenient, and fun place to stay on Myrtle Beach.

Few mishaps

Decent condo but the living area couch is old n needs to be replaced an the microwave didn’t works so they went to Walmart to buy a new one…condo was ok but definitely needs a update for the price

Somewhat run down …

Property outside was semi nice- ground broken and red clay everywhere where a water line or something had been repaired, so you get that dandy stuff all in your car when you walk across it. Elevator slow and smelly reminded me of a cheap resort in Mexico. Front desk lady was over the top nice. Still was charged for 4 nights even though we only stayed for one night because of the hurricane coming with threats of flooding and tornado warnings. Condo needs refreshing paint etc…

Could be cleaner

Overall it was a nice condo but the floors were filthy. Our feet were black in minutes. Bugs would come out in the evening in the kitchen. Management said common. No shouldn’t be common. The sliding doors locks were broken and unlocked when we arrived. AC went out but management responded immediately and fixed it. Outside of this it wasn’t a bad place. Fairly stocked kitchen. Bed was comfortable.

Overall, it was great for what we needed. Unit was updated and stocked well with basic necessities to get us started. Fantastic view and convenient to everything we wanted to do. However, this unit is in dire need of a paint job and the living room furniture and floor need a good cleaning. My only real issue was the pull out couch. It's not fit for anyone to sleep on. It needs to be replaced before the unit is rented out to anyone else. It was painful and I literally did not sleep for the 3 nights I was there. I would say the unit could comfortably sleep 4-6 people, but definitely not 8 given the condition of the pull out couch. Also, our parking passes had not been left for us in the unit but property management had them delivered within 30 minutes or so. All in all, a great trip. I would stay here again but not with as many people because of the pull out couch.

Attentive Owners, Beautiful Condo

The condo itself was just as pictured and beautiful. We had a few hiccups at check in but the owners were very attentive to any messages we sent. Our only complaint inside the condo was pull out couch that has no life left. Our small children wouldn’t even sleep on it as it was leaning and very uncomfortable. We had to squish sleeping arrangements for that 8th person. The property leaves some to be desired, there is only two elevators for the entire place which caused a lot of waits-sometimes in excess of 20 minutes. The HOA also decided to lock the gates to the beach from the pool, citing unruly outsiders but most of the unruly individuals were guests. The front desk lady said she couldn’t do anything about it.
