Good space, not good neighborhood

The size of the condo and the 4 queen beds was great. Many things were falling apart though- lamps, shower sliding door, blinds. I can be fine with outdated finishes but there was a lot of maintenance that hasn't been kept up on. I think it was cleaned okay by cleaners but there's just a lot of wear and tear and grime that makes it look unclean. Neighborhood not the best- heard sirens every day and gunshots a couple of nights. Proximity to beach and airport was nice.
