Great Condo and Location, Minor Concerns

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located close to shopping and a variety of restaurants. The beach was easily accessible, and we felt safe during the day and while spending time on the beach. However, we did feel a bit uncomfortable with the surrounding area after dinner hours. Additionally, despite the resort being designated as smoke-free, there was a strong smell of marijuana at times, which detracted from the overall experience. That said, the unit itself was great, and it served as a nice home base for our trip. Our host was also very helpful with any questions that we had during our stay.

Family trip

We arrived late Sunday afternoon. My husband and I travelled with our 4 year old twins and 13 year old and 17 year old daughters. Our travel time was about 15 hours and we were exhausted when we arrived. When we arrived, our key code was not working. There are two entry doors and the code was not working on either. I called the host Janet and was told, “this is not Janet, this is her assistant.” The “assistant” told me she would reach out to the host to try and resolve the issue and we could expect about a 10 minute wait. Our truck was downstairs and we were only allotted 15 mins at registration. The frustration for us was my four children sitting in the hallway for 10-15 minutes waiting for the issue to be resolved and not even being able to reach the host. Eventually the code worked and we never really got an explanation as to what happened. My husband and I later realized the code will not work when the security lock on the main door is in use from the inside. Knowledge not made aware to us before checking in. The host never reached out after our interaction with their “assistant” to assure all was resolved. Pros: The location was amazing. Close to restaurants, activities and beach access; A lot of attention to details including silverware, lighting, and decorating. Cons: Host communication; the furniture was not comfortable; not enough dresser space for large families that like to unpack their clothes; constant smell of weed in the halls and outside.

Beautiful view from renovated condo

This 2 bedroom condo really suited our family of 5’s needs. The condo/living area is newly renovated and is in up to date condition. Brand new washer and dryer, a regular fridge and mini and our own icemaker. The view from both balconies is beautiful. We watched the sun rise and set from the comfort of the condo. Our family did not use the pools at all because they are small and crowded. The beach is clean and not super crowded so we spent all of our days there. The condo is convenient to many local restaurants and shops in walking distance which was great. The owner was easy to reach with any questions and provided restaurant recommendations upon arrival which was helpful.

Lovely ocean views

Beautifully decorated, great ocean views and amazing location. Within walking distance of the boardwalk. There was a slight hiccup in checking in but with great communication with the host and sweet maintenance man that came to help it was fixed in no time at all. The only cons is that the parking garage is across the street. Also you have to dump your own trash. By either taking it to the dumpster next to the parking garage or filling up the trash and outside the elevators.

Beautiful and clean!

Great location, Beautiful Place!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, and beautifully decorated. The hotel has many different pool options and easy beach access. We communicated with the host with ease and had no troubles. Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway

Upon entering the condo, it was very beautiful well decorated fully furnished washer dryer four beds that were extremely comfortable. The chair in the living room pulled out into a bed. The sofa also pulled out into a bed. The big screen TV and the living room was larger than expected Roku also so you could get YouTube and things like that The shower and the master side of the condo was a shower stall with glass, sliding doors and ceramic tile with a rainfall showerhead and a separate pulldown handle that you could run at the same time or separate completely enjoyed our stay it was beautifully decorated. Would definitely love to stay again at another time.

Great location and great service

This condo is directly on the beach and the board walk, great location, clean, and accurate listing matching the photos and the listing, we really enjoyed staying there for week, all the family had a blast in this vacation. We will be returning soon next time to visit Myrtle Beach
