We stayed for 4 nights over Easter The hotel is convenient to city centre ( 1 minute walk to gran via ) The hotel is modern immaculate and clean The staff are friendly pleasant and helpful Air con was great and even silent ( nothing worse than Air con noise keeping you awake ) All areas are easily accessible from nh amistad On a wider note the people of Murcia are some of the nicest people in the service industry that I have had the pleasure to come in contact with The city had a week long fiesta for easter and culminates in the vuelta Murcia cycle race on a day where most of the city’s residents parade and mingle in pubs and restaurants dressed in their full traditional dress ( what a fantastic experience ) I really do look forward to returning here Fully recommend NH Amistad ♥️🇪🇸💃🏻

My husband and I spent 4 days here. The hotel is very clean, smart and modern. The staff are lovely and very efficient. Apart from the reception staff only Spanish is spoken so a basic amount of Spanish is needed. I would highly recommend.

Great staff, very friendly and accommodating, especially Elena on reception. Morning buffet definitely worth it. Bedrooms a bit small, but nice view and excellent location. Could offer a discount to guests on the car parking facilities.

A large hotel with possibly too many rooms for the breakfast capacity. My colleagues couldn’t get in for breakfast...I did better but all the tables were in long canteen style. Good breakfast, though. Comfy room with opening window and firm bed. Good bathroom but shower a little under-powered. Opening window onto street (with usual caveats).

A nice hotel in a very good location, perfect for shopping and sight seeing, just a short walk to Murcia Cathedral and all the shopping, great restaurants, etc. Hotel is quite basic, rooms are very small, 2 people and a small suitcase and the room was full, my particular room on 2nd floor was overlooked by a public terrace, so could not even open the curtains. No tea coffee facilities in room, what is that about? Rooms were clean and presented well. Staff were friendly and helpful. A perfect hotel for a one night stop over, but no longer I am sorry to say!

Perfect hotel. To recommend. Nice, spacious and clean room. Healthy breakfast with a wide variety of food. The gluten-free bread was pretty dry though. Friendly and helpful staff. it is a pity that I did not have the time to enjoy it more

We stayed one night in this hotel as we are touring around the area. A good hotel with very friendly reception staff who offered us a cold drink on arrival. The rooms were good and functional as you'd expect from a city centre hotel. The bathroom was a good size with a brilliant shower and loads of hot water. We didn't take the breakfast at €20 per person when there are lovely cafe bars nearby offering great breakfast for only €4 per head. Apart from that - a great location and a very comfortable bed! Thank you for a good stay.

We spent six days at the hotel. We came from Alicante Airport by bus (45 minutes) to Murcia bus station. From there we took a taxi to the hotel ( 5 minutes). Reception was very friendly and helpful. We had a room on the 4th floor at the inner side. It was very quiet and comfortable and we slept very well. Room and bathroom were clean and well-equiped. We had breakfast which was included in the rate. and there was a large selection of everything. Location of the hotel was excellent: nearby the Corte Ingles and the shopping area and a few minutes'walk from the historical centre. There are lots of good resaurants and tapas bars in the surroundings. No problems with free Wifi. Excellent hotel to explore Murcia which is a very nice city to visit. We hope to come back!

Hello fellow travellers, One night only. For us budget seekers this is not the ideal hotel although we did enjoy our stay. The hotel had all facilities needed for all tastes. Its in a good situation, next to a Corte Ingles and not more than ten minutes from downtown and main shopping areas,Locally there are p.lenty local bars and restaurants with menus del dia around 10-15 Euros. The hotel staff were all very helpul and the cold drink at the end of reception was a welcome much appreciated. There was a substantial menu available in pleasant surroundings. If we had taken the hot breakfast it would of cost us eight times the price we paid in local bar.Room had everything you would expect from these hotels. We were in room 206 alas we had a completely unAccessable patio with walls up to the heavens!!Parking is blue line around local area, carefully watched by a bunch of locals who more or less conned you into that extra euro or else!!!!! .Just about opposite there is an archelogical dig, which seems to have stopped for a while. I must say thank you to the management who lowered the price quoted on arrival of our room` by 25%.I Excellent hotel Bugsie Wray

Just the one night at the NH Murcia and found it to be perfectly acceptable. Location next to the Corte Ingles store just off the Gran Via so near enough to everything. Checkin was efficient and allocated room on the 4th floor facing El Corte, bed was comfortable and clean, the a/c worked well which considering it was 30 degrees was definitely needed. The room was a good size, it had a desk area and 2 armchairs to relax on. Bathroom was fine, big tub and easy to use shower, usual selection of NH toiletries and plenty of towels. All perfectly acceptable and what you would expect at a NH. Although the room faced the road, the double glazing worked a treat when the window was closed and you did not hear a thing. The wifi which was free worked very well on al my devices. Breakfast was included in the rate and very good, large selection of everything you could possibly want, you could also select ingredients for an omelet and the chef would cook it for you. Interesting selection of smoothies and power drinks if you were so interested, a really great start to the day. Staff were fine, a little aloof but friendly and happy to help, parking on the nearby streets did not cost very much and cheaper than the hotel car park and easy enough to the find a spot near the park. The hotel was a little hard to find so do your research or have a map with you as you come into Murcia. A good choice as the Hesperia Murcia is closed for renovations right now.
