Room decor was poor and things were coming apart. The lifts were small, slow and antiquated. The room appeared musky and tasteless. Reception staff had a poor grasp of English and may seem abrupt and unfriendly. They would talk to you and be easily distracted by another person's enquiry and left you. Come on.... deal with the person in front of you first!!!
