Welcome to Sincerely Shem- a modern, upscale home in the heart of Old Mount Pleasant. Only 7 mins from downtown Charleston or Sullivan's Island. You can't beat this location. This luxury 3 bedroom home sleeps 8 with 3 ensuite bathrooms. Walking distance from both Shem Creek and the Old Village. Spacious main floor with large sectional, 75 inch smart TV, contemporary kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances (including a Bosch dishwasher), large island and dining table and beautiful patio set.
