Nice home and location

Nice home in a neat location outside of Montrose. Central to lots of different activities- Ute Indian Museum, Ouray Hot Springs Pool, Ridgway State Park, Black Canyon of the Gunnison. Check-in process and communication were excellent. House had all the things we needed for a great stay.

Peace and quiet

We really enjoyed staying here. It was peaceful with beautiful views. The house could use a deep cleaning and some maintenance, but overall it was a wonderful experience. The owners were very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. We would recommend this place.

Weekend getaway

This was the perfect place for me and my family. It looked just as described, was very clean, had all the necessities we needed, and when we had an issue with the wifi, the hosts responded quickly and someone came over to fix it. We would love to stay here again the next time we come visit!

The house was ok, nothing nice for the price paid. Furnishing was cheap and secondary bedroom comforter was covered in pet dander. The bed is a full size not a queen in secondary bedroom.

Great Stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Evenings and mornings on the deck watching stars was my favorite thing. The house is well furnished The bed/linens are super comfy. It’s a great central location for activities in and around Montrose.

Cozy Montrose Cabin

This was all around a wonderful stay. From booking and accommodation to the management doing everything to help us throughout our stay. The cabin was well stocked with utensils and daily use items. The views were amazing, along with friendly neighboring homes. One of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had.

Just what we needed

We were in town for a wedding in Montrose, but had family in Delta, so location was perfect. Quiet, clean, plenty of room, kitchen nicely stocked. This will be our first choice when back in the area.

Great place! House overlooks a lush farming valley. Easy access just minutes from Montrose. Very accommodating modern home! Super clean, comfortable beds, big porch to enjoy these beautiful Colorado mornings. Would definitely recommend

Quiet with a beautiful view

The location is great. Not too far from town. Everything you need. The only thing I wish is if there was more seating outside its so nice outside with amazing views. A fire pit would be nice too. Other than that it’s a great place

Awesome Get Away

We so enjoyed our time here with family. We went to the hot springs and Box Canyon in Ouray, four-wheeling on the Alpine Loop, and drove into Telluride on Last Dollar Road. We went to the balloon festival in Delta, visited some antique shops in Montrose and went paddle boarding on Rampart Reservoir. All of these activities within an hour or two of this beautiful property. The house was a cool retreat and base for all of these fun adventures. We had four teenagers and four adults with plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed cooking together in the evenings, followed by playing games around the dining room table. The deck provided an amazing view to watch wildlife in the morning with a cup of coffee. We would love to come back and visit again and would recommend this place to our friends.

Beautiful cabin with a great view! It had everything we needed including comfortable beds! The only thing that could’ve made it better were a few more chairs for the outside deck. Otherwise, great experience!

Nice and Quiet

Great place to stay in colorado. Very nice interior. beds are comfy and cozy. Great wrap around porch for morning coffee. There are a few quarks with the rules and a few places you can't access. But overall a nice place to stay. The owner is really great. We left our camera, and he sent it via fedex to us immediately. We just sent him a check in the mail for the cost.

Log cabin feel

We enjoyed the quiet, country atmosphere of the home. Kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils, etc. Beds comfortable, plush towels, etc. Very windy so we didn't have opportunity to sit on porch. Such beautiful scenery. Black Canyon was AMAZING! Recommend, good value for nice property.
