The unit is well located and accommodates a large group well. But it is certainly not a luxury accommodation. From the moment I arrived, I brought a number of issues to the manager's attention, including lighting not working in the shower and in the kitchen, pigeon feces covering the front entry stairs and bannister and an active beehive on the deck (which made the deck practically unusable). The responses were prompt and apologetic but there was no action taken. My impression is that this property is not well maintained and that the owner had no interest in addressing these issues other than a series of polite ("we regret the inconvenience") email responses. I resented having to spend time trying to seek remediation of basic things during my vacation.
