Hilton Garden Inn Monterrey

If you are in Monterrey for work this hotel is a most stay. Is walking distance from the international airport arrival gate. Very clean, very new and the people are very nice. Some great restaurants near and the shuttle bus of the hotel take you there.

Being part of the Hilton family the hotel should be better, but is a little dropped. The room was ok, but looks like the furniture was old. Bed, sheets and towels seem to be in use for a looooong period, also with an appearance of old stuff. Uncomfortable bed with an old mattress. Breakfast is not included. But you have a Starbucks in a walking distance to save your life.

If you are staying near this area this is the perfect location. Easy accessibility, plenty of parking space. Close to San Pedro Area and Restaurants and Shopping Centers. Good Breakfast and clean Rooms.

recently remodelled with bad quality remodelling, still using part of the old equipment, stained bath tub, broken window curtains, stained bed sheets, people drinking on lobby like in a 1 star hotel, awful experience

It took a while to get checked in and we booked through Expedia. They couldn't find reservation without the email. No hot water in the shower and serious lack of towels!! Not to mention, you must use the room key for everything!! Room key is needed to keep the AC on and the power going. You also need it to access elevators and only one room key is issued. 😤 My room has a large window that opens up to a wall..Very disappointing. There is no currency exchange either. Despite those factors, the hotel staff is friendly but doesn't speak English. The room is clean and there's free parking. No microwave or coffee maker... Huge closet though.

Great hotel! Front desk staff doesn't speak English very well but are extremely friendly. They work very hard to help you with any issues. Have parking garage for hotel guests. Nice gym and business facilities. The room had no view as we were facing a wall. The A/C was okay but did not get very cold as it basically kept room temperature. There room itself was large but cleaning was substandard, does come with a fridge and a microwave is in the lobby. I would recommend for a quick night stay!

There is a Hilton Garden Inn close to the airport but not this one. It is closer to Monterrey business district. This is probably the worst HGI I've ever stayed in. Cleaning was substandard. Food was average at best. Internet was out most of my trip. Find a better hotel

Very nice rooms. They will take you by van to eat supper at local restaurants and pick you up. Also very nice restaurant at hotel. They have nice breakfast Buffett and will also make you an omelet or bacon or whatever you want on the spot. Very convenient if you have a late flight arrival or early flight in the morning. Price including taxes and breakfast was around $125 per night. Worth it.

This newly built hotel was highly convenient as it was a short walk inside the terminal to the walkway connecting it to the airport. No need to go outside or take a shuttle. The lobby was spacious and front desk staff helpful. It was connected to the dining area where we had a breakfast buffet. The buffet was average. The room was well lit, clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of counter space. Shower was bathtub sized. Overall, a great stay.

This was a disappointment of a hotel. The room was dirty with mold and mildew in the bathroom. The worst part was it had bedbugs! They willing refunded my money but it was not a pleasant experience. This was not the expectation the Hilton brand name represents.
