It's a medium hotel, that could offer more services for the price you pay. Sauna and SPA are missing (just a basic gym), breakfast is traditional international buffet plus a fresh omelette service. Wi-fi it's good. Positive thing is the direct tunnel from the airport. At the end not worth the price, because we can found better hotels for that price.

Hotel used to be very well maintained a few years back, now it is not well maintained. Moldy ceilings, bad shower curtain rails, falling closet hardware are just a few items on the 5th floor, which is supposed to be the floor with the best rooms.

My first time in a Hilton. I spent just one night there, it was the night of the blackout in all the northeasthern part of Mexico (sep 10th, 2017), and was very nice that they had a good energy source so we had at least the emergency lights and no other service was affected. But, there were some details in the room that made it unpleaseant, you can see the pictures I took. As you see the maintenance and cleaning is poor. But the most remarkable detail is the painting to "decorate": a very satanic man. There are also a lot of noise from the outside, I do not know what it was, the sound was similar to air conditioning. But the bed was very confortable, if you use earplugs should be no problem with the noises. The best of all was the restaurant, I ate lasagna at dinner and for breakfast they offer bufet, everything was magnific. At this location there is only a Starbucks near by, and at night you have nothing else, nor a little shop. I stayed there for an appointment at the Consulado Español, that is around the street, at the tower 1, 7th floor, you can go walking.

- Poor Wi-fi in room. Tough to work on Laptop - Cooling System is not good overall. - Bathroom is not proper maintained. Water leakage in Sink - Breakfast Staff is very busy to provide any service. - Staff ignores your calls for service

It is one of the good hotel if you are looking for Excutive/business stay it is good choice . Restaurant is decent good in front of the hotel there are small market like subway OXO etc . Parking facilities available taxis are available .

Shower had no water pressure whatsoever and the hotel has many visible and poorly done cosmetic repairs - not something you would expect from a Hilton hotel. The staff was efficient and super friendly though.

Los precios por una copa de vino son excesivos. Una copa de madero 3V vale $370 peso ($20 USD). Se puede comprar una botella en Palacio de Hiero por $300 pesos. Prices for a glass of wine are highway robbery. A glass of Madero 3V wine (produced in Mexico) costs $370 mex pesos ($20 USD). You can buy that same bottle in a high end department store for $300 mex pesos. This is a big rip off. Really disappointed!

If you are in Monterrey for work this hotel is a most stay. Is walking distance from the international airport arrival gate. Very clean, very new and the people are very nice. Some great restaurants near and the shuttle bus of the hotel take you there.

Being part of the Hilton family the hotel should be better, but is a little dropped. The room was ok, but looks like the furniture was old. Bed, sheets and towels seem to be in use for a looooong period, also with an appearance of old stuff. Uncomfortable bed with an old mattress. Breakfast is not included. But you have a Starbucks in a walking distance to save your life.

If you are staying near this area this is the perfect location. Easy accessibility, plenty of parking space. Close to San Pedro Area and Restaurants and Shopping Centers. Good Breakfast and clean Rooms.
