This hotel made me believe we are still in Stone age. The IT system for the hotel was down since the afternoon and till the next day could not be restored. The rooms had a bad smell of wet / damp carpet and although we were offered two rooms but both same. Being Hilton Honors Member we got the room on the HHonors floor but still the same. The staff was helpful but it seems little was there for them to offer. Unless you are driving or take care by someone it is a difficult place to be as the nearest grossery store is at the Petrol pump which is like 5 mins walking on the highway which make you a bit vulnerable.

The rooms are dated and and the restrooms are not that great. Service staff and the location is good though. It is in a very eccentric location. I would think about it twice before I book again. Thanks

was there for 6 days. Feb 25 - March 3, 2018. they were said to have system issues.. i arrived at the hotel Feb 25 1pm. because of the issues, i could NOT be checked in. I was checked in at 3pm. They based it on the screenshot of my confirmation page. (good thing i had a screenshot of it!) they manually copied down my credit card details. I was assigned to a room. Note that this was NOT the room i requested when i booked the reservation, but i was too tired and hungry already to debate this with them. The language barrier was also a challenge. the person manning the front desk at that time knew only limited English. in the Hilton App, i requested for 2 QN bed room. I was given 1 King Bed. I requested for the room to be far from the elevator. I was given one right beside it. Room itself isn't bad. the bathroom smelled of old wet moldy smell. I traced it to the shower curtain. not sure how often they wash / change them. was given only 2 bath towels. no hand towels, etc. the room windows view was that of another office building. so i could not exactly keep the drapes open, as the buildings are near each other to see the inside clearly. one thing that i liked very much... the pillows are very firm. so my head didn't sink into them... which tends to be my experience with other hotel pillows. i was provided 1 bottled water daily. - appreciated this very much. the café / restaurant downstairs - very good service! the manager during the evening spoke English. They also have menu in English, which helped a lot. my stay there overall wasn't too bad. it was a business trip, so the company was paying for it. On checkout, i notice that i was changed for a large room service fee. I contested this. Even showed them receipts from previous meals. They removed the charge, and updated the bill. Not sure if somebody charged it to my room by mistake or what... but it was worrying to me. When dining, suggest to pay the bill immediately..and keep the receipts! ** the system issues.. i did report it to Hilton via twitter. The customer service there acknowledged my issue fast. twitter response said somebody should be contacting me while i was there, but it never happened. i tweeted it twice, response was somebody will contact me both times, never did. i gave up then.

Excellent location, great service, kind and knowledgeable staff, good food optrions, clean, neat and organized rooms. Excelente ubicación, gran servicio, personal amable y competente, buenas opciones en alimentos, cuartos limpios, arreglados y organizados

Did advanced purchase so room had already been paid for. When I get to the hotel they ask for my credit card, saying it's only to put on hold in case I use the restaurant or anything. Ended up being charged for the room again and it's like pulling teeth to get a response from the hotel. They say they need a MEXICAN bank account to refund my money (I live in the US) this is so stupid and shows how incompetent they are. Coming back to my stay, the 1st room I was given (#118) had the bathroom handle broken (didn't work couldn't lock close). When I ask to be moved they send some maintenance guy who realizes it's not an easy fix (which is why I asked for another room). They finally give me another room and when I enter the room with my family we see beds undone and empty water bottles, there were also hotel keys in the room so I'm not sure if it just hadn't been cleaned or if someone was still in that room (#128). When I go to the front desk to complain they say the best they can do is to give me my old room (#118) with the broken door. Kids, wife and I are frustrated at this point and really want to shower and rest (we were only staying over night to rest to our long trip). When I get in the shower I see where a soap holder should be but there are only the screws pointing out -pointy sharp end- pointing out. Hazard for the kids as they aren't as careful (I was careful when they were in the shower to make sure they didn't cut themselves). This was by far the worst hotel experience I've had in any hilton brand hotel. I guess the only positive thing I can say is that I didn't see any roaches and that my car didn't get stolen. Everything else was bad.

I didn't receive my complementary bottles of water when I was at reception desk. There was no extra blanket so we needed to call for one. This is an average hotel. Staff is friendly but not well trained in regards to HHonors points or benefits. If you are driving location is good but you have to be aware of the signs since there has been a lot of buildings near it.

This hotel is next to some major tech companies like Accenture and Infosys, and known consultants like KPMG. The Spain’s Consulate is also at walking distance. Not places for eating nearby, just a Starbucks and a small cafeteria next to it. You will need a taxi or Uber for going somewhere else. By the way our Uber drivers missed the hotel a couple of times. The breakfast at the hotel is good and the cook to order personnel is very friendly. The property needs some kind of renewal, more in the outside by the jacuzzy windows. Because of this the hotel looks just old and with some lack of maintenance. Beds are much better than other Hilton properties were I have stayed at.

The hotel in ongoing renewal. Brand new furniture and carpets on the rooms, you can even smell the fresh wood, this is nice. Now the bad part, a business hotel that does not have safe deposits in the rooms to keep laptops and other valuables. The tub fixtures and other badroom accessories are not well fixed to the walls. The closest doors are recently re-painted but the style is very old and does not go well with the new furniture. The light bulbs in the rooms are mixed of cool and warm light, awful. The quality of the food for breakfast and dinner are ok for a business hotel. However, the service was terrible they do not have enough personnel. Most of the employees have a good attitude but it is not enough. I won’t go back to this hotel.

I only stayed overnight. Their dinner facilities are OK. Not special but adequate for the price. The room was clean and also the bathroom. Breakfast was again fine if very simple. But this is not an expensive hotel and therefore one should not expect too much. One problem: they had not one tube of emergency toothpaste. There is a nearby Oxxo but it closed at 8 pm.

As I stated over the phone on Saturday Nov 18 and Tuesday Nov 21 when I made a complaint, we are very disappointed about the service. We went to that hotel because the Hampton Inn Gonzalitos Hotel had no rooms available for that weekend. We paid for the first breakfast and it was a horrible experience since my spoon was dirty and full of dry guacamole on the side. Then, the toliets on the men’s bathroom near to the reception was dirty and full of stool, my husband complained about it and Luis (at front desk) stated that some young boys were responsible for that mess. The bed on our room (424) was ugly and not firm at all. My husband spend two days sleeping over the carpet because his health and back problems. Paula from Quality Dept. offered us the room 507 and it was worst then our room 424. Then she offered me rooms 425 and 429, the smell on those rooms was disgusting and those beds were the same as our bed on the room 424. We paid $4,049.00 mexican pesos for the worst experience in any hotel in town. Paula offered 2 breakfast for us but she denied the refund for the amount that we paid on Saturday breakfast (around $460 mexican pesos) and she did not care about the comment about the dirty teaspoon full of dry guacamole. Worst experience ever. Expensive and disgusting experience in our second staying in the that hotel.
