Roderick and Courtney at the pool bar will be the reason I come back.

Absolutely beautiful resort....the staff was awesome. Food was excellent. Only little fault is that it's under the take off flight path from the airport. But it isnt O'Hare, so not a huge deal.

It was nice hotel. My wife lost her ring there however the hotel manager found it and sent it to us via DHL. Imagine that. Wounderful people. Just avoid hotel Taxi service its a big rip off.

Other than the first three hours when we first arrived, the experience was overall great. We were given a very poor room in a very bad location and when we complained, they moved us to a better room. Other than that, everything was great. We spent six wonderful days. I recommend the place 100%.

The resort was great always stuff going on whether it was in the pool or on the beach or at night. Should of used the room service more, we didn't think about it enough. The reservation only restaurants aren't all that, not worth going out of your way to hit them all. Make sure you confirm all the excursions are booked correctly, it appeared they do everything with pen and paper. Just relax and enjoy PARADISE!!

Room didn't offer room service like advertised. Some breakfast items available in the morning for room service if ordered in advance. Hard to find something to eat at all times... Eating tooks some planning, which we didn't like. Though no tipping is advertised, the driver from the airport doesn't work for the resort and asks for tips. Resort bartenders not very friendly if you don't tip. Water sports were fun and available readily. Beach was nice. The bed was not comfortable, was squeaky and the wooden frame was situated so it actually hurt our legs getting in and out of bed. Bring your own pillow if you like neck support. Overall a cruise offers better eating and service for the money, but the water sports included at Sandals made the trip. Though if you're a drinker the drinks included also helped in the value, but be sure to bring tips if you don't want to be made to feel like you're putting out the bartenders when you ask for a drink. We won't be back but it was a good experience.

OMG!! This resort was excellent. We have stayed alot of places but the staff here was EXCELLENT! It was on the pricey side but worth every penny! Our room was literally 20-feet from the sea and 10-feet from the pool, it could not have been better. Excellent food and staff, also. We were like a part of their family, truly. Would highly recommend to any couple needing to re-kindle their relationship.

I can't say enough about this resort. I stayed at the Atlantis in the Bahamas a few years ago and thought I would never achieve that level of excellence again. Sandals Royal Carribean proved me wrong. As soon as you arrive you can't help but be amazed by the beauty. Indulge in food, drinks, water sports, sunbathing...not to mention pools, beaches & excursions. We went on a sunset cruise and went zip-lining, both of which were exhilarating.

The staff was wonderful. [...]. We scuba dived, took tours, and just relaxed.

The nicest Sandals we have ever stayed at,the staff was top notch, they took care of our every need. The grounds and buildings were spotless.Lots of entertainment.[...] from the photo shop was wonderful he took a ton of fantastic photos.

If you're looking to go just as a couple instead of as part of a group, this is the hotel for you. If you want to party in a group, go to Sandals Montego Bay. This hotel is very romantic, and the staff bends over backwards to accommodate any request you have. The beach was raked throughout the day; the water was clean, calm, and clear. Food was excellent with lots of choices each day and night. Separate pools in different areas of the resort allowed for a quieter pool experience. The staff treated everyone like kings and queens.

The Resort was beautiful and the staff was more than accommodating!

Did not come close

It rained for half of our week-long stay, but the entertainment staff made our time very enjoyable and relaxing. They even put on a talent show and were absolutely wonderful and enthusiastic. The food was always available and excellent, especially the French restaurant. I highly recommend the Dunns River Waterfall Tour--cheap and thrilling.

We have traveled extensively and have done the all inclusive concept numerous times. I can tell you that our experience here was once of the most unsatisfactory of all the places we have stayed at. Food was average, beaches were average, rooms were marginal, and the staff were angry angry angry. Am not sure if the corporation was not paying them enough or what but they were not happy and friendly and did not make any effort to take care of the travelers. In fact, some went out of their way to upset the tourists. Of course there are a few exceptions who were really nice and pleasant and were tipped very well, but most of them were just unhappy and angry. Needless to say, we will never go back.

Great service! Great Food! Great Time!

We were looking for a quiet and relaxing few days. Room was smaller than anticipated. Generally I am a very patient person and can overlook many things, but our stay was not what I wanted or expected. Extremely low water pressure and occasionally no hot water for showers. Food was average to below average. Service was average, but occasionally we would run into someomne that went beyond the call. Went to private island on 1 ocassion and there wer no towels, so we had to wait about 30-45 minutes for ones to arrive. Extremely slow service on getting drinks, both on main resort and on the private island. Gave up waiting on numerous ocassions and did without. Beaches were very small at both main resort and private island.

My wife and I absolutely loved all of the water activities that they offered such as scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking and sailing. The staff was very friendly and we really enjoyed trying all of the restaurants for dinner. Be sure to book reservations early though because they fill up fast!

We ate at 4 of the 5 or 6 onsite resturants only because we ran out of time. All of the food was great. ***Men take pants cause 2 of the resturants ask the men to wear pants and close toe shoes. ***And at this resort all inclusive really means all inclusive. We didn't pay for any food or drinks alcohol included. We enjoyed snorkling which was also included. The shuttle service to other sandols resorts which was walking distance from downtown mo bay was very convient. The customer service was great. Much thanks to [...] the bartender at the cricketer pub, [...] and [...] at the grill. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, the peace and quiet and relaxation with the option to take the shuttle or cab to town to party if we choose to. There is something to everyday at the resort beach and pool volleyball, coupels game show, live music, beach party, craft classes they even offered church service on Sunday the list goes on and on. Over all this resort is great for honey mooners. I would not recommend this place for kids.

We went on tours offered by the hotel. The whole experience was great!!! No complaints.
