Four hour into us checking in my phone was stolen from my room, my wife’s iPad was taken, and our friend who had the room next to us had her carton of cigarettes stolen and the hotel staff did nothing nor did they care, they just laughed at us. The pool was cloudy and dirty all day. Beach was great, food was great, concerts were great, and excursion were great.

Great place, great staff, uncomfortable bed. Chop-chop made the best jerk chicken and was very pleasing to all of the guests. The steak place was phenomenal compared to other all inclusive resorts I've visited. Lots of entertainment throughout the day and at night. The only downfall about our experience was hard mattress.

I absolutely loved the experience. The staff is wonderful and the common areas are beautiful. The rooms are dated and needs deep clraning...had a mildew smell, and the wifi was a mess, but other than that i enjoyed my trip

wonderful and enjoyed thoroughly but need more local music for everybody to join in on the dance floor

First of all, the pictures are done by a great photographer and don't really show that the comforts of the hotel are really not that great. We purchased a King Bed room with an ocean view, we were given a room with double beds shoved together and a view of the pool. We were told the hotel doesn't have king beds at all and that they would "tie the legs" together and put a blanket down the middle to make a large bed for my husband and myself. The beds are rock hard and just as bad as sleeping on the floor. Then we were told that Orbitz has false advertising and we actually purchased a partial ocean view so we could just see a bit of water from our room. Second, the hotel is a 24/7 party. If you like that kind of thing, great. If not and your room happens to be by the pool/nightclub you will never have any peace and quiet. We ended up paying an extra $110 to "upgrade" our rooms to a real ocean view and a more quiet room as far away from the pool and noise as possible. Third, don't expect a beach. This is a man made lagoon. The sand was infested with sand fleas and red fire ants are everywhere. They need to spray for these kinds of infestations as it is entirely possible to manage this issue but they failed to do so! Guess what, I found out I'm allergic to sand flea bites! We would not return even given a free trip!

fantastic -italian restaurant needs some improvement regarding seating arrangements for guests if empty seats are visible from the outside and no reservation required why is there a wait at the door, more local music should be played so everybody can be on the dance flloor

I really enjoyed my stay. I am sorry I did not pay more attention because at the last minute I met another guest who advised me that there was a market close by that I could get fresh fruits and sugar cane cheaper that I did across the street. The entertainment program that is done by the hotel was very well done on the days that the team performed on the stage. Aside from one night when they included an African style piece, that was a bit too long, the performances I caught Tuesday to Friday was absolutely great. This was my second time there and I would definitely go back because it was so enjoyable. The hotel was very clean. The staff was hospitable. I enjoyed their array of local foods. Dinner was the main meal that I was not impressed by but the other two were mainly so good it overshadowed the lack in the dinner

Beds uncomfortable. Nothing to do after midnight once all the bars shut down. The drinks are way to sugary. The meats are keep under the light so long they are not edible. The grounds aren't anything special if you minus the palm trees feels like your in a park in NJ. The water is filled with fuzzy seaweed making the water merky. Wouldn't stay in This RiU or MB! Spend your money else where! Heard Negil is where to go for beaches as long as the eye can see and beautiful sunsets.

It was a great price for what we expected. The staff is friendly. The food was great.

wonderful, food was great ,staff friendly and helpful ,my room needed another light towards the balcony

Check in process was very bad and very long I had to make big complain to get what I booked and paid for as double beds, pool runs out of towels which I never seen in any hotel before, too much rules on when to eat and how to eat and what to dress. Staff are very aggressive and in the restaurants, no room service, no milk for babies, the hotel is under staff they can't accommodate big families with many members especially in the restaurants. Food taste was average, I would never come again or recommend this hotel again to anyone . It is not even two stars. The pool is very dirty and floor is slippery in the pool. They must hire professionals and improve the services. It was very unsatisfactory. We were 14 members and we stayed 7 nights but will never go agsin to this hotel!

Staff was pleasant, rooms should be updated. Television is way outdated, as well as the furniture. Pool was nice and clean. Food was plentiful. THAT'S enough.

This hotel is very good for couples and family that just want to have fun. And there's lot to do with the children.

Loved every minute of my vacation. I will definitely take a second trip

Very nice hotel on the beach, the taste of the food has drastically improved from the last time I went 6 years ago . The entertainment staff is amazing! very courteous, professional, respectful, and talented.

Best experience in life! I loved every moment that I didn't even want to leave. My stay was absolutely amazing!

Hotel was excellent, facilities staff and amenities were also excellent, would definitely recommend to friends and would return

Didn't like twin bed put together for a king bed. Customer service was great

We had to change our room three times. No internet in the room, and front desk staff is not friendly at all. Jennifer the housekeeper was wonderful, always did a great job. The restaurants are first come first serve. You can't make reservations like u can at most RIUs. This is probably the worst one I have ever stayed at.

Staff was polite and accommodating, food was not that favorable, room was very clean and nice. Resort property was well manicured. Mosquitos was out in full force.
